Join the school then find an indy show to do for a while then if you think you do your job well and entertain the crowd then I believe you can try out for FCW then just hope to get bumped up to WWE. I'm not sure though, there's probably a simpler way to go about it.

just keep at it, all there is to it. There's a fine line between wanting to do something, and having a passion for something

It'll be a long a tough road dude.
Basically, sign up with a gym. Weight work and Cardio are vital in wrestling, especially at the level you talk about reaching.
Start at a wrestling school. Don't expect to be on shows within months. If the school is any good, you won't be on shows for at least a year if not more. Listen to everything your told and you can never do something too much. You need to practise moves/bumping/reactions etc, until you can do them in your sleep, without even thinking about it. Also, don't run in and start moonsaulting and trying a 94830 degree flips, you need to learn the basics and listen and follow whatever your teacher/trainer says.
Whilst your training, you'll see others around you get on shows and basically just watch and learn from them what they do. But in short, you'll start working small shows, independants etc. Then, when you start getting around and learning from others on shows (because as a wrestler, you never stop learning), you can eventually look to send a tape to a WWE agent, or get a tryout at a local WWE event.
Many friends of mine have had tryouts recently when the WWE come over. 1 of my friends was even recently on Smackdown getting squashed by Vladimir Koslov.
As i said though dude, don't expect it to happen over night and don't stop after a knock back or 12. Just keep at it and never give up and you might just make it 1 day. Who knows, when you start working shows and you travel a bit, you may change your mind and decide you'd rather work purely on the Independany circuit, or entirely over in Japan.
Anyway my friend, best of luck toy you, and i hope 1 day, you achieve your dream.

go to a good wrestling school and get trained. then you're gonna have to work crapty indies for awhile, make some good contacts, compile a good tape of your stuff and send it around to better promotions and get some good work in there. if you're working for more well known nation and international promotions, take that work and send it to the big companies. it's a long process, but it's what you've got to do.
also, if FCW opens up their school by the time you're old enough, that's a good place to train.

You need to be at least 6'4 and take steroids regularly if you're a male.

Yeah, just like Rey Mysterio, CM Punk, Shawn Michaels, and Matt Hardy Good job bringing up HBK, who has done steroids before and was only pushed in the early 90's because of the steroid scandal at the time. Also, the other 3 are only being pushed due to merchandise sales.

yes, but to be honest the only thing holding me back is the things ive heard..how alot of wrestlers arent happy and i dont want to be that guy.. Well, its not about them. Its your passion. I would say, find a school near you. But get background info on the facility and the trainers. BE SURE THAT THIS IS WHAT U WANT...100% COMITMENT....There are some vids you should check out on rf video .com... The "In The Ring" series. And if u get the chance, Y2J's new book sheds great insite on getting in the buiz. Haveing the goal to get to the WWE is good. But dobt look into it that far. Take it step by step. First, you need to find you a school, that is not only a good school, but one that fits your budget. Make a goal list. That will definatly help you, and show your progress. GOOD LUCK MAN-

Most of the replies in here have been valid and intelligent, I suggest taking much of that advice, but don't forget - do not, under any circumstance, let your education, especially a college eduction take a backseat to wrestling. Professional wrestling is one of the most unstable fields to try to enter and you absolutely have to have something to fall back on when things aren't working out.

I go to that training school. It is in North Andover MA. The thing I did was I went to a open camp they had for $75 and it is from 9am to 3pm. PM me and I will give you the link to their website to get more info. I did it and absolutly loved it. There is another one coming up soon. I am not the biggest kid in the world. I am pretty small but they still think I am very good. They took my being short and used it to get heat on somebody. since I go to their shows they did something where one of the guys pulled me out of the crowd. It worked perfectly. And I have not been there long. Like maybe a month or so. It is a great school and has a great connection with WWE. In fact they have a Dr. Tom Prichard(SP?) camp today and tommorrow. I think it is only for the people that go to the school. But I suggest going to the open camp. If you like it then you can join. The school has trained Kofi Kingston, The man who faced Vladimir Kozlov last friday Matt Logan, Triple H, Roxxi Lavoux(SP?), Kenny Dykstra, Kaz, and many more.

Mick Foley always says to stay in school first and get qualifications because it is hard to get into wrestling, so if you don't you'll have something to fall back on.

Wrestling School + Steroids + Hope.
Do you realize how many local wrestling promotions there are with 30 people on their roster? Not everyone makes it. Your best bet is to set short term goals and then move into your ultimate long term goal. Your goal right now should be getting into a wrestling school and actually being good. Also, you should set the goal of getting into ROH. That's the lesser of the big companies and you probably have more of a shot there in several years than in WWE ever.

I would say like the person above, set short term goals. When you go to wrestling school just try to learn the best you can. Do everything to the very best you can. Then look for indies. Test the waters, see what you need to improve upon or not. Add unique moves to your list and if you are successful in the indies (successful means one of the tp guys, holding belts, always getting huge reactions) then try to send tapes or try out for FCW or WWE. If you don't make, it just keep going on what you're doing.
Even though making it as a wrestler in WWE is rare and dsifficult, the process to doing it is rather simple. Just keep in good shape, wrestle good and keep on doing your best in the indies until you can finally land a WWE spot, if you ever land it. Maybe you never will, but the best you can do is to keep at it, try to be the best wrestler and entertainer you can and hope one of your likely many, many attemps at getting in FCW or WWE will actually be successful.
Three things to really focus on: Having a good physique. WWE may not even look at you if you don't have a good physique ... of course there are exceptions in WWE of guys who don't have great physiques, but the truth is you have a 99% more of a shot of making it if your body is pleasant to look at.
Secondly, be AWESOME on the mic. We all know WWE cares a lot about mic skills, perhaps above wrestling skills so you can't have mic skills like Jeff Hardy. Do what you have to do to be confident, smooth and entertaining on the mic. This is SUPER important.
Lastly, try to have a unique set of moves. CM Punk and Morrison use a lot of moves, for example, that not many in the roster use. It draws attention to them. Look at Japanese wrestling, Mexican wrestling, try to find eye-catching, unique and cool moves to do so people take notice of you in the ring. Everyone does headlocks, arm drags, hiptosses, side-suplexes, but not everyone does a hurricanrana off the top rope or corkscrew split-moonsault.
