They never said anything about the business. Give him some time to be with his family, however long he needs, but I seriously doubt Flair would leave the business.
The possibilities are endless. Manager? He would be great. Color Commentator? Would bring a whole new feel to matches. Road Agent? Anything to keep him in the business.
I think in a while, a few months, we will see Flair on Raw in some shape or form.
By the way, Flair/HBK was Flairs best match since returning in '01.

I think he's gone unfortunately. I'd love him to turn out like Jarrett on TNA... but on WWE though.
God I love WF WM aftermatch.

I personally think Flair will be on Raw tomorrow nite. I would personally like him to leave on a heel note for Raw. Idk why. Maybe HBK and HHH arguing in the ring about how HBK retired flair or something and flair comes out and gets them to stop arguing and like make up lol.
Then Flair shakes both of their hands and there celebrating Flairs FINAL(not really) time in the ring and Flair Low Blows both of them.
Eh idk thats what I would like to see for some reason.

That would make since, I personally wanted Flair to strut out of the arena tonight. My friends and I were talking, Flair won't ever be gone from the business. He loves it way too much. I hope he really is done wrestling forever, because he pulled one last amazing match off tonight and it'd be less meaningful if he had more. Give him a few months and bring him in as a commissioner type role. I liked your idea with Flair as a commentator too. SmackDown could use him.

I want him to be color commentator along side JR. Move Lawler to SD! so he can be with Cole.

I would like to see him still in the WWE but as a manager or an on-air role like GM or something

Very happy to see him retire BUT I think he will probably return as something you stated, manager? commentator? he has choices.

I would marked out if William Regal come out at RAW (in few months later, not now) say he retire as General Manager anc back to full time wrestler or commissioner again, so he pass his role to new General Manager is Ric Flair. (That would be second time Flair being General Manager at RAW)
