We all know when TNA gets a big steal from the WWE such as Christian (Cage), Kurt Angle and Booker T, they debut this superstar by either making him do a ppv appearance or a mystery partner at a ppv, but could it work the other way round.
Say, Samoa Joe finally got the big money offer that was big enough for him to sign with Vince, could you see the crowd giving a big enough pop if Samoa Joe randomly came out to a different theme music at a pay per view and did what ever.
Now, the thing is, not alot of people who are big in TNA would go to WWE, I mean apart from AJ Styles and Samoa Joe who is a main event type star who hasn't wrestled in WWE in the past?

No it could not work the other way around... TNA's audience is largely Internet Fans... WWE's fan base consists of a large number of casual fans who wouldn't have a clue about Joe...
Sting hasn't wrestled for WWE yet...
AJ Styles and Joe have wrestled a match for the WWE... Well, I know AJ has and I think Joe has...

Yes they have wrestled matches, but they were on jobber recap shows, you can't really say that they made a name for themselves in WWE like most of TNA's main event scene, minus Sting of course.

When is Joe's contract up? (if known)
I ask because it looks like he wants to move on now. I would love it if Joe just turned up on Raw, maybe they could run promo's on the guy and have say MVP or someone challenge him for a match at the forthcoming PPV, someone with credibility. And have the heel work shoots on Joe and then when the PPV comes, i think the crowd would be buzzin for Joe's debut.

It could work with Sting, because he is known, but I don't think it could work with another guy.

I could see Joe being very over with a WWE crowd. But I can't see WWE pushing him.

Didn't work for Monty.. won't work for Harris.. won't work for Joe. So, unless it's Sting - nope.

The only person in TNA that could create a huge buzz is Sting.

What about the 10 or so odd people who have already been in the WWE, and made their names their... That's really about 70% of what TNA is, old WWE superstars...

If Monty Brown didn't make a HUGE splash, Joe won't. What would honestly be more appealing to a WWE crowd?
A charasmatic, strong, athletic guy (Monty)
A fat "badass" (Joe)
Although Monty never really got a chance to shine since his WWE run was cut way short by his family problems. He was getting a pretty big reaction considering it was ECW, especially with the Pounce.

The only guys that would really make any sort of an impact would be guys that jumped ship over to TNA. Christian or Booker T would have to go back to the WWE and be used correctly. Sting wouldn't really be a good addition to the WWE roster at this point, as he's basically at the end of his career. He would be good for a few high profile matches, but I doubt he'd stick around for very long. I think the longevity of the last phase in his career is dependent on him staying with TNA.
The Dudleyz could possibly work too, but again, they would have to be used correctly. Also, Buh Buh would have to drop quite a few pounds.

I agree... though the WWE audience seemed to know who the ECW guys were... RVD and Taz in particular. I'm pretty sure TNA has surpassed ECW tv success wise so who knows...

Samoa Joe and AJ used to work Heat and Velocity.
I would love to see Sting vs. Undertaker before they retire.

Look at it this way. Punk outpopped DX and the Hardys only 3 and a half months after he debuted. Punk never worked national TV before coming to WWE. If done right, a Joe debut could pop a live crowd.
