Its my understanding that Triple Threat matches are No DQ, I say this because how can one person be disqualified...what happens to the match?
The reason I question this as I was watching WM 22 last night, and during the Triple Threat match (Mysterio, Orton, Angle), Orton tried entering the ring with a chair and was stopped by the ref, similtaneously, Mysterio tapped to the Ankle Lock, and so in turn the Ref didn't see it?
This question mainly relates to the WWE Championship at WM 24, and what we expect to see?
Any thoughts...

I was under the impression of No Disqualification, but sometimes they change things around.

It is No DQ from what I understand. But WWE magicaly changes it self for its own benefit. Such as Finlay's DQ from the Rumble. And how they ignore history. So yea...

Anyway, Generally Triple Threat Matches are No Disqualifications, but its usually stated before the match or during the run up by the commentators or wrestlers. If there are DQ's, Had Angle hit Orton or Rey with the chair, Angle would have been removed from the match, or the person he hit would win by disqualification, whichever would benefit the storyline more.

Regardless of whether or not there are DQs, the ref still has to keep the competitors' well-being in mind. He can try to prevent a chair from entering the ring, but he can't do anything if it's used.

Shocker's right. They are no disqualifications in a Triple Threat match, but that doesn't mean a ref isn't going to try and stop someone from using a chair. Hell, even in a No DQ match the refs often try to talk someone out of using weapons. But the point mentioned from the WM22 match was moreso just a spot to draw heat from the crowd, than anything else. Just like in a tag match whenever the ref misses a double team from a heel tag team because he's getting one of the faces back to their corner.

A triple threat match has never ended in a DQ, so I'm not sure where you're getting this from. In a triple threat elimination match, there are DQs I believe. I think a weirder thing from WM22 would be Orton hitting Angle with the title belt and Tazz saying " The bell hasn't rung yet, hence no disqualification."

DQ's are in it, if they announce its nodq than its nodq, its optional
