I thought everyone loved CM Punk here on WF. I guess things have changed.

the Money in the Bank was good, I was just pissed CM Punk won. Really? All my dislike for the guy aside, he's just gonna go after the ECW title. It makes perfect sense that Punk would go after one of the most worthless belts in the WWE that he's already won. And against a face Kane no less. Perfect sense And in response to what you said in the thread that got locked... 1. Rock bottom off of the ladder 2. Kennedy's signature move on the ladder 3. Codebreaker to the face with a ladder Learn how to count.

Well from what I've read it was a good show, but its still not worth $60+ to watch the PPV. Im kinda disappointed in some of the results. - I hate the fact that CM FLUNK won the MITB, now he's gonna be over pushed to RAW . -That Show lost to Mayweather; eventhough they did that so it doesnt tarnish Mayweather's career by losing a Sports Entertainment match. -The Bunnymania match. JUST GET RID OF THE DIVA'S! TNA's Knockouts are way better wrestlers than these over-rated sluts. I wish the WWE would quit getting models to wrestle. -UnderFAKER winning the World Title !!! Wasn't he supposed to F***ing retire two years ago? Im tired of him and he needs to go! Hmm, aren't we a tad on the unsatisfied list. as much as I agree that TNA women are better than WWE (the one thing TNA has better) why the f*ck is slut always used. "Oh she dresses like that. SLUT!" F*ck dude I dislike feminists but everyone uses disrespectful terms too f*cken much these days

Definitely was a good show, All the main events were good... but none were excellent. The rest were mediocre. I think the undercard is what kept it from really being a great show. None of those matches were awful but they were all pretty pointless and didn't do much for me.
The show was better than WrestleMania 21 and WrestleMania 23.. but not 20 or 22 in my opinion.

There were actually TNA planes? How can this be confirmed? I thought it was just the copters flying around. I doubt it'll be officially confirmed, unless something comes up on the net. I just presumed they were TNA planes as everytime they showed up on camera, we cut to a new angle almost immediately. - That and the noise, It got dark just after MITB and I didn't hear plane noises after that (presumably because a banner can't be read in the dark.)

I was one of the biggest doubters of HBK/Flair, but boy was I wrong. I marked so much during that match. That table bump by Michaels was sickly amazing, and the first Sweet Chin Music had me out of my seat. Kudos to Flair for not screwing up, and kudos to both for putting on a hell of a show.

I just got back to my hotel room, and "amazing" is the only word that can describe this year's 'Mania.
The Battle Royal was fun, but really predictable. Kane is really meh to me, but it was no biggy, I don't watch ECW anymore anyway.
John Legend was fantastic. Amazing atmosphere when the pyros went off and the show kicked off.
The Belfast Brawl was decent. I enjoyed it. Hornswoggle got a massive pop, and JBL had more fans than I thought. The match did its job essentially, and it got the crowd pretty hot.
Kennedy's promo with Kim Kardashian was mediocre. The live crowd seemed to be really over Kennedy, and I'm not surprised.
This year's Money in the Bank was hands down my favorite out of all 4 of them. Jericho got the biggest reaction easily, and I was screaming my heart out for him. Morrison and Benjamin were the standouts of the match. Benjamin's spot where he flew out of the ring landing on the ladder got 70,000 people to all say "holy crap" at the same time as Benjamin was falling. Great spot, as was Jericho's Lion Tamer on the ladder and Morrison's moonsault. Punk winning wasn't a great disappointment, but I would have rathered Jericho win. Matt Hardy returning got a good reaction.
The Hall of Fame inductees got a very polite round of applause, and Mae attempting to strip was hilarious.
Snoop backstage with Santino, Foley and Festus got a good laugh out of everyone.
I was really pulling for Umaga during the SmackDown vs. RAW match, as were most people around me, and Batista really looked like he was going through the motions during the match, which took away from the WrestleMania spark.
Kane winning the ECW Title didn't mean too much to me, but good for him, I guess. Kane really hasn't done anything for me for a number of years now.
I found it pretty funny when a little "go away Raven" chant starts. But it was good for WWE to acknowledge the Make-a-Wish kids at WrestleMania. A huge thrill for the kids and parents I'm sure.
The video and interview before Flair/Michaels was amazing. We really got the feeling that this is it for Flair after the build-up.
Flair/HBK was a real tear-jerker. I am not massive fan of either, but they both really put everything into the match. The finish was outstanding. It broke my heart to see on the monitor Michaels utter the words "I'm sorry.. I love you" and Flair bracing himself for the kick in tears. I'd have to say that three quarters of the audience was in tears as Flair was walking up the ramp for the last time.
Edge's promo with Grisham was good. Edge's promo work has improved so much over the past couple of years.
The half-time pyros scared the crap out of me. Totally out of nowhere.
Now, onto BunnyMania. Maria was stunning as usual, and that's pretty much all I cared about in the match sans Santino, who was great during his entrance with Beth and Melina. When the lights went out a lot of people were screaming for The Rock but it turned out not to be. I still don't know what happened, does anyone here know?
The WWE Championship match was fantastic, nobody had any idea on who was walking out with the gold. Orton winning was great, but I kinda wanted Cena to win just to shut up those morons with the "We Hate Cena" t-shirts on. Idiots. Anyway, I marked out when Orton punted Hunter and pinned Cena, although I didn't mind whether Orton or Cena won, just as long as Triple H didn't.
I enjoyed Show/Mayweather. It's obvious that Mayweather actually wanted to be there unlike some of the other celebrities that have been a part of wrestling, and it took some balls to take that chop from Show and let him stand on him. That knockout punch looked brutal on the screens.
Kim Kardashian announcing the Citrus Bowl attendance record of 74,000 or so people garnered a decent pop. More pyrotechnics, haha.
I wasn't as hyped for Edge/'Taker than I thought I'd be, but it delivered. It was somewhat obvious that 'Taker would win when they put the match on last, and they like to have the face finishing off WrestleMania standing tall as champion, but some moments in the match had hearts in mouths. I would've liked it if Edge had of won, really creating a WrestleMania moment, but I guess Undertaker deserves it after his last title run was cut short.
All-in-all, it ties as my favorite WrestleMania, joining WMXIX and WMX-7.

Eh, WrestleMania XXIV was alright, even good, but definitely not one of the best or even a great WrestleMania overall. I would say it falls slightly under the middle of the pack as it will be easily forgettable in years to come. Just running down the card... 1. JBL/Finlay was a poor opener in my eyes, with a slow pace and weak use of weapons to tell the story in the match. Hornswoggle should have made a surprise appearance at the end (from under the ring) with Finlay gaining the victory as what kind of show starts out with JBL winning, honestly? I'm not going to give any of the matches star ratings, but this one hardly registers as a two-star encounter if I was. I was disappointed that other than JBL's hilarious attacks on Hornswoggle, nothing was added to the feud other than JBL getting a clean pin on Finlay. 2. Money in the Bank was average with only two (or three at the most) entertaining spots in the match, but a seven-man ladder match is just a cluster to begin with so you won't be getting any technical mat-wrestling, much like the Belfast Brawl. Hardy's appearance was the best part, although it happened a little after the middle of the match and would have made for a better finish with Punk/MVP facing off and Hardy ruining MVP's final chance at the briefcase. Punk winning doesn't do much for me, as I would have rather seen Jericho or MVP win it all, and I actually expected Punk to use it on Chavo before the end of WrestleMania but that's a whole 'nother story. 3. Batista/Umaga was flat-out boring and easily the worst match on the card. I expected more from these two. 4. Kane/Chavo was, wow, definitely unexpected and actually made me feel bad for Chavo after all he's worked hard for the last few months. Nobody should be pinned for their title in that manner and I'm sure at least a 3-5 minute match would have been feasible. Guess not in this case, but hey, I'm not complaining, as I whole-heartedly believe Kane deserves a run with a world title and I was glad to see him finally get some recognition again at WrestleMania. 5. Flair/HBK. Hmm. It was a decent match with a few good spots and a cutesy ending, but my expectations were much higher for this match and they just weren't met, unfortunately. I love both and wanted to really enjoy the match tonight but the pace was often thrown off and Flair simple cannot hang with Michaels at this stage of his career (which is entirely acceptable, may I add). They had a good match together and Flair capped off an incredible career, although Flair winning and announcing his retirement for good on Raw tomorrow night would have been my desired outcome. 6. BunnyMania was decent, better than Umaga/Batista and I thought almost all of the celebrities at 'Mania really put forth the effort to make the show more enjoyable (i.e. Foley/Snoop segment, Kardashian's clear interview/announcing skills, Mayweather's selling, etc). Some of the best celebrity work of any WrestleMania as far as I'm concerned. 7. Triple Threat WWE title match. I was the only person to predict Orton's victory among my friends watching the ppv together, which was a surprise, as was the quality of the match. Oh, and that's a bad thing. I could tell on various occasions where Triple H/Cena/Orton were stealing from the 'Mania XX main event and 'Mania XXII's main event, although neither really worked in this situation. The crowd wasn't all that into the match (same for most of the rest of the show) and I don't blame them as this was a match to forget and one of the weakest WWF/E title matches in WrestleMania history. 8. Mayweather/Show was better than I expected it to be; kudos to Mayweather's taking some punishment and his very good selling. The ending I didn't like, but at least it's over and Show's return will look as terrible as Jericho's did after he returned now. 9. Edge/Taker was by far the best match of the night and despite not winning his match, Edge has solidified his place as a main-eventer (in my eyes, finally) for his work with Taker tonight. All of the spots in the match worked great and I found myself more excited during the match than I ever was leading up to 'Mania. The submission ending was alright but I would have preferred the classic tombstone finish. Great match, though. Oh, and Charles Robinson stole the show.

Wow, didn't even buy it and you're bitching. Jeez. What? Where does it say that I have to buy it; to have an opinion on what happened? What; I can't read the results and have an opinion? There is a difference between watching and reading what happened. Reading what happened doesn't do it justice.

I can't believe Taker and Edge were the main event. But as soon as I saw that the Triple Threat wasn't the ME, I knew Orton was winning.
