Well, I mean, Benoit was a pretty huge peg warmer because he was in almost every series, the recall was really one of the only ways to get him off shelves finally. But it's not just like there are a few stray figures here and there, they're probably pulling upwards of 30 to 40 figures per store. So where do all those Benoits go? I guess it's better to put them on their site and try and sell them than... into the fire?

I think this may be taking place in the stores too. I hit TRU about two weeks ago to scope for new figs. I always go through the RTWM23 sets at every TRU I go to in hopes of finding that yellow Benoit. When I was there, they had nothing. However, my best friend hit that same TRU three days later and picked up that very Benoit figure! He was so shocked to see it on the peg that he called me before he bought it... which just added insult to injury.

Either way, he is deserved of a CS figure. I think people in general have forgotten/got over the "Benoit Tragedy"

They should just get Jakks to recycle all of the parts.. Reusue the body parts and then put the heads into DA Chairs..

I think it will be only online and i think they are doing it just to offload all the figures otherwise they would be sacrificing so much in profit.

Either way, he is deserved of a CS figure. I think people in general have forgotten/got over the "Benoit Tragedy" I think he was a great wrestler, one of the best ever. I haven't gotten over it yet. I mean, I don't sit there everyday going "How could he do that?" It's just that when anything about Benoit comes up, I automatically think of that. I just can't see myself buying a fig of his.....

I think they should allow more time before they go and make a CS figure or induct him into the Hall Of Fame. I am still having a hard time fathoming what he did. But, I probably would buy a cheap fig of him.
