Join us at Toys "R" Us Times Square for a rare opportunity as WWE SmackDown Superstar Rey Mysterio makes a special personal appearance to celebrate launch of the SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 video game. Beginning October 31 with your pre-purchase of SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 at Toys "R" Us Times Square, you will receive a ticket to meet Rey Mysterio. Ticket holders will receive the Superstar's autograph during a special private signing event as well as an exclusive Rey Mysterio action figure. To receive your ticket, please bring your qualifying purchase receipt to Personal Shopping on Level Three.

*Please note: A pre-purchase of SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 from Personal Shopping at Toys "R" Us Times Square is required for the private signing event. Personal Shopping is open and available Monday-Saturday from 10 am - 7 pm and Sunday from 11 am - 7 pm. Limit one ticket and one autograph per guest. Rey Mysterio will only autograph either the Rey Mysterio exclusive action figure OR the SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 videogame. No other memorabilia will be signed. Tickets are available beginning October 31, while supplies last. Only 500 tickets are available for this event on a first come basis. Event subject to change or cancellation.

I assume it's the special THQ figure. Not sure if this has been posted, hope I helped.

hmm i hope u get it from the store sormely know as funcoland, i pre'ed it there and i memeber they gave the andre figure from cs1 in 06 or whatever...i mean its not a sick ass fig or n e thing like that but u know what they say DONT BE A PUNK GET'EM ALL

Doesn't say the figure is exclusive to Times Square. Only reason it is being mentioned is because Rey will be doing a signing. So the figure must be given away at all Toys R' Us'. Just a guess though.
