I not got CS15 HBK, but it sound suck!
But some figures have clothes which easy ripped or broken, such as TTL Hardy Boyz' vast, when you remove the plastic clip and rubber thing end up broken.

I got it and i never had any problems. I just go easy on it. Its not a very durable fabric. Go easy on it and it'll be fine.

I wouldn't try it just to be safe. People have said it can rip which is a shame because the gear makes the figure great.

MY CS15 Micheals gear is fine and i have removed it several times, you just have to ease it off and dont tug too hard. The only figure clothing i have bother with is the ones where it uses connectors like RA18 HBK's vest and AD26 Highlanders kilts which have both been damaged.

Uusually the vinyl-type entrance gear doesnt rip or break. I mean, as long as you don't just try to tug it off with one pull, it should be fine. I'vep layed with the RSF and CS15 HBK's, removed and put back both of their gear numerous times and never had an issue. Like others said, the rubber gear with connectors are usually more trouble.

I don't have CS 15 but I do have the DX HBK and the MSJ HBK which is almost the same thing as CS 15 HBK. Mine hasn't ripped, be more careful with your stuff. I could see things like the Highlanders Kilt's ripping but or less you are taking it off hard and pulling it off quick HBK's chaps shouldn't rip.
