The sound of birds chirping surround the area. The calm windy breeze blows throughout the grassy fields that stretch out all around. Bright green fields of grass spread from left to right, and even behind. The smell of wood, and the slight smell of sap gives the evidence that there is a tree in the area. A maple tree to be more specific. The silence is more or so eerie. There is nothing to be seen for miles out in the distance. The voice of Calvin Lee starts to be heard from somewhere. But he can’t be seen.
Calvin Lee: I don’t get it. I clearly lost at Forever Unscarred. I didn’t stand any chance. EBR beat me so easily, and yet I am getting a rematch. Why am I getting this match? I don’t even want it. I don’t deserve it. I suck. I can’t even beat Thunder, or even house show wrestlers, as everyone saw last week. I don’t get why I am getting this match. This mach serves no purpose. Everyone knows that I am going to lose. They all know it. There is no way Calvin Lee will win. There is probably just one person in this world who is thinking that Calvin Lee will win. And that’s only because he’s my partner. Soon he’ll see it too though. Calvin Lee sucks.
The voice is starting to become clear. It seems to be coming from a tree. It must be the maple tree. It’s the only tree around. Calvin Lee is in the tree, but why is he up there? He must be hiding. Or something.
Calvin Lee: Maybe I won’t even show up. I already know I’ll lose, so what is the meaning to even fight. Fight to lose and be humiliated again, or not show up, and be known as a coward. I am not sure which is worse. Maybe I’ll just hide in this tree until the match is over. I’d rather be known as the man who runs from his problems rather then the man who can’t win anything. But then again, I have to meet up with Luther later, so we can like, plan out this week’s part of the plan to attempt to win the tag titles. We’ll probably lose. Because of me. When will I ever get things right.
Calvin Lee lowers his head in shame as the scene slowly fades away.
