Alright, I think I have a solution of sorts, for an issue that seems to be occuring.
You see, not to long ago, me and Rev set up a suspension clause, or whatever you wanna call it.
See, if someone was booked, and gave no notice before deadline. Odds are they'd be suspended, and not booked for the next FDS. Some would private message me or Rev, with a valid excuse, which we would take into consideration. Letting them off the hook, or just give some the suspension without any hurt feelings.
Well, once a person is suspended, the requirement to get back in good faith and in bookings would be a 1,000 character or word, not really sure which was agreed upon, Character Developement(CD) Roleplay. This Roleplay would be used to explain why a wrestler booked was not there. Ofcourse though, more so a way to remove the disgrace and bring the person back to active duty without worries. But yea, seems there was a problem..
I believe in the time me and Rev have used that format of problem solving, maybe 5 at most did a CD roleplay. The rest no-showed, but a good chunk no-showed because they had no interest in being in the WFWF, anymore. Whether it was new guys(HS) or guys just not with the free time to do it. Either way, the Suspensions and CD Roleplays seemed like old wives tale because neither seemed to matter.
Well, here is the new rule. So take note, because I'll only leave this stickied untill monday or tuesday, but it is in affective, as soon as it is posted.
You no show, no matter if it is HS, FDS, or PPV. You will have 1 strike against you. No show twice, that will be strike #2. A third time will get you fired or in other cases, "indefinite suspension."
I considered making this a deal where it'd be consecutive no shows, but I think that's is alittle to leanant. So I'm making this a long term plan.
You won't be fired just out of the blue, there will be a record. But if you make 3 no shows, you will be fired. You can apply to be re-hired, but you must wait till a final word is given by me or Rev. If we choose not to bring you back in, the matter will be closed.
As for the indefinite suspension factor. That'll go for me, Rev, or champions. Maybe even Blaze or whoever is in charge of HS at that time and date. Indefinite suspension will be discussed upon with myself, Rev, and Blaze on how to handle the matter. But more times then not, if it is a champion, you will be stripped of your belts.
I'm not going into this hardass, you're welcome to explain your case and save faith with us. But you no-show, and you're gonna take the heat. This won't begin untill next week, so those that did this week, be prepared.
