FDS RP- The Self Destruction of Envy: The Climax

"It's dark down here", I thought to myself. Funny how in a matter of 15 minutes, my life reached an all time low. I found myself buying...No...Stealing drugs from a dealer, shortly after being held at gun point for being rich and famous and leaving him knocked out in the alley with the rain still falling from the black sky and the mice running around. I find it truly amazing at how I overcame the odds. It seems like a good thing, but it all wasn't worth it for now, I am even more scared and more paranoid than ever.


I sped away from the scene of the crime only to find myself in the confines of my basement. I, Miguel Sanchez have never took part in such a situation that had me to sit in the dark, trying to find a way to escape from these demons in my head. I sit in the corner of the room with a blank stare, looking directly at the wooden stairs across from me. The cold concrete floor and the equally cold stones along the walls send chills up and down my body. My clothes, still wet from the rain, just make it all worse for me.


Sitting there with my legs stretched wide apart, only to have that space occupied by a bottle of Hennessey. My right hand holds the base of the bottle tight as I take small sips every now and then. Believe it or not, the second I got home, I went to the bathroom. Flushed all those drugs down the drain. Hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars gone in an instant. I could have been even more wealthy than I already am, but I am not a criminal. I am a sinner.


Many things continue to rush through my head like strong winds in a bad hurricane. I think about many things. The drugs, the liquor, Allison and my job. As much as I love that dear woman, one thing has always had my heart more than she has. Wrestling in the WFWF. I have been doing this for about a year now, and maybe if I don't be careful, I could loose it all. I would be crushed. I would let so many people down.


Despite all this, instead of asking the lord almighty, for forgiveness, I think I might need to correct all this destruction myself. Who knows? Maybe I will find a cure and exterminate all these bad intentions. Maybe I will find peace with myself. It will take some time and careful planning, but I have the perfect step one.


It all starts back in the WFWF. Felo De Se: 12/14/06....The curing begins. My ticket for gaining the love of god is to participate in this tag match that Skyler Striker and I have against Kurt Burton and Thunder, The Revolution. Come to think about it, Kurt Burton and Thunder are sinners just like myself. Thunder gloats constantly about his money and about how great he is, while Burton goes around prostituting himself and his lady friend. Sinners never prosper, boys...Trust me...I know.


I shall use these two as an example now on what not to be. I'm a grown man and I should know wrong from right, but it is extremely difficult to get your life on track after everything good goes to mush. The Revolution will be my step one in the rebirth of Miguel Sanchez. The next step is still unknown from here. But with more liquor, comes more thought. Here we go again....I'm letting the alcohol spread my emotions around again. Bah...who cares. The cure is soon to come. Until then, time to drink up.

not bad, i've just seen better ones from you in the past. i dont know how i felt on the whole first person perspective. you made this less of a roleplay than a story about your character. but you definitely get your point across well and used good description. good luck.

ehh I didnt care for this rp, not that it was bad but i felt like your interacting with ppl and snippets of thoughts about things just worked better for you. I wont lie when I will say I was a little dissapointed in seeing this from you, its a total U turn in my opinion from the way you were heading.

Though I do like the format from some people I have seen in efeds, this rp just didnt seem right to me. It was more of a CD rp and less of a match rp. I would say keep up with the self loathing Miguel or w/e but also try to get back what you were doing with the object of envy miguel when your first wrote an rp for it.

Kat has never sold her ponnani on the streets, however, Kurt's bumbum has been open game. Just kidding. I don't know, I think it's interesting how Miguel went from top of the world, to rock bottom in weeks. Very interesting. I think a bit of interaction could have worked, even if not with people. I mean, Miguel is alone in an apartment, confronting his demons, why not confront his demons... just a thought on how it could have been beefed up. Decen work, but definetely a decline.
