Loaded RP: “Destination Chaos.”
{Stacey Grey is in a studio recording a news video for the WFWF.com website.}
Stacy Grey: Hey everyone thanks for logging on to WFWF.com. I have a great news story for you guys today. A match slot opened up on this week’s Loaded and Wez Vendetta has taken it, meaning his return match will take place on Loaded rather than a House Show as expected. This is a huge opportunity for him to showcase his wrestling skills, especially as we are getting closer to Superbrawl. He is scheduled to face Yukio Blaze, who is by no means an easy opponent. As promised I interviewed Wez in preparation for his first match which led to some chaotic events. Here’s what happened earlier today.
{Stacy and a couple of cameramen arrive at Wez’s hotel in Chicago where he is staying until after Loaded. As they walk up the long corridor to his room they notice the door is open. Unlike the previous interview, Wez is ready and waiting for them. The room is surprisingly tidy, and pretty bare. It is noticeable that he has clearly only brought with him what he needs for his stay; a small rail of clothes, some weightlifting equipment and several bottles of alcohol.}
Wez Vendetta: Can I get you a drink?
{The cameramen fervently request a whisky, but Wez refuses.}
W.V: I was talking to the lady.
S.G: No thanks, I’m working.
{Wez sits down on a sofa. He asks Stacey to join him.}
W.V: So, Let’s get down to business.
S.G: You’re are talking about the interview, right?
{Wez pauses for a moment and smiles.}
W.V: .......Yes.....the interview.
{Stacey returns the smile.}
S.G: So you were quite lucky getting a slot on Loaded so soon. How do you feel about starting on the main show?
W.V: I’m out to show I can beat the best, so the sooner I get noticed the better. Now I have my chance it begins, my chance to prove to the world that I have what it takes to be a WFWF Legend. Blaze better be ready because I will show him no sympathy during our match on Loaded. He will be the first victim in the trail of carnage to my next title. Mr Wildfire may thinks he has what it takes, but really he’s just another baby face, more concerned about been a fan-favourite than a great wrestler. Sure, he’d win a popularity contest but a match against me, I doubt it.
S.G: After speaking out so vehemently in last week’s interview, and again just now, you’re getting yourself quite a reputation as an anarchist.
W.V: I’m only just getting started, you haven’t seen anything yet. Get your film crew together and follow me.
{He grabs a bottle of Smirnoff vodka and heads out the door. Stacy and the film crew catch up to him outside the hotel. Wez gets in his black Ford F150 pick-up truck as Stacy and several cameramen rush over to their van. They leave heading downtown. They eventually reach the University of Chicago where it is widely known that Yukio Blaze is giving a wrestling seminar to students on the wrestling team. Wez races his F150 across the campus grounds. He appears to be following signs for parking. He is drinking at the wheel and Episode 666 by In Flames is blasting from the in-car stereo, much to the enjoyment of students passing by who probably think it’s just another young hellraiser trying a dumb college prank. He eventually reaches a large parking lot shaded by trees. He exits his F150 and steps out into the parking lot. He walks over to the rear of the truck, pulls back the cover off the loading bay, and then pulls out a sledgehammer. He casually walks over to Yukio Blaze’s beloved Dodge Stratus, climbs on the hood and drives the sledgehammer straight through the windshield. He then douses the interior, pouring his remaining Smirnoff through the broken windshield. Finally he slides off the hood, takes a lighter from his pocket and sets the leaking vodka alight. The Stratus bursts into flames, creating clouds of thick black smoke. Stacey and her crew leave to avoid anyone suspecting they are involved. Wez sits on a patch of nearby grass, admiring his creation.}
W.V: Yukio is gonna burn in hell at loaded.
{Several police cars of the Chicago Police Department arrive at the scene, accompanied by a fire engine. Wez is arrested, charged with criminal damage and driving under the influence, and then driven away in the back of a CPD Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. Meanwhile back at WFWF Chicago Headquarters Stacey informs Wayne McGurk of the situation.}
S.G: He’s really out of control.
Wayne McGurk: I don’t care, get back down there, this is priceless.
{Stacey makes a few calls and discovers that Wez is been held at the 23rd District Police Station. She reassembles the camera crew and leaves. When they arrive at the station Stacey goes over to the desk to arrange bail. The camera notice Wez in a crowded cell. He still appears to be very drunk. An officer releases Wez from the cell and they go over to the desk to complete the final paperwork. Wez turns to Stacey.}
W.V: Thanks for helping me out today.
{Wez and Stacy walk past the prisoners he had shared a cell with. Stacy turns to them.}
S.G: He’s my bitch now.
{It is clear she is joking, however you can tell there is a connection between the two of them. They get outside the station.}
S.G: I’m serious though, you do owe me for bailing you out today.
W.V: Sorry, I didn’t mean to drag you into this.
S.G: I’m sure you can think of a way to make it up to me.
{Stacey offers to take Wez back to his hotel. The rest of the conversation becomes inaudible as they walk away together. Video cuts back to Stacey in the studio.}
S.G: As you have seen, Wez has caused yet more trouble since returning to the WFWF, after disrespecting his former fans on last week’s House Show. He is clearly sending out a violent message to Blaze, and you can expect a great match when they meet at loaded this Thursday.
