Has an idea like this been done? I think I may have heard some people referring to something of the sort while all this Jackass vs. WFWF idea has been thrown around . . . but I'm just curious if people have ever thought about having a WFWF Fantasy League with a draft and stuff like that.
Points of interest:
Would you pick yourself in the draft?
How would it affect criticism to roleplays if you ended up with someone that was in a slump or things of that nature . . .
Would anyone be interested in this? If so, I could get something together when I get back from vacation.

I would be in for this idea to come to fruition once again, but lets say that the last time became so much of a clustermuck that it shall be burned and forgotten. It worked for like a month and then just got so damn confusing.

Some of the best things are those that are kept simple.
It would start with a three day timeline (give or take) for people to sign up . . . then, depending on those that signed up, we'd have a draft. You'd get to draft one or two people (or more if only few signed up) and basically you'd get +1 for your wrestler winning . . . -1 for losing . . . +3 for a championship win . . . +2 for a championship defense. -2 for losing.
I don't know . . . one system set in stone and then that's it.
Trades would be allowed if both parties agreed and new members to WFWF can be obtained on the waiver wire.
Just let me know if this would be accepted or if anyone would be, at all, interested.

I would be interested I wanted to be in it last time but I hadn't been here long enough but yeah I would really like it and I wouldn't pick myself.

I remember it from the last time. I think the thing just got too confusing for CBT in the end, who was doing all the points and what not. If we had, say, two people working on it (like one covering FDS and the other the HS) it could work . I'd be interested anyhoo, and I like the 2-month thing, but perhaps make it so everyone has to drop a certain amount of people and pick up new people to fill in their gaps.

Just to bring up randomly.
We both had the best rosters, and I really doubt anyone will ever beat Blaze's initial draft.

Yeah looking back I put a good set of guidelines while also not being a whore bag rip-off of WWE's version, like for instance, nothing is acquired for just showing your face. You lose you get.... NOTHING!!!!1 (and like it) But yeah, I may be in, I'm usually not loving these unless I'm handling them. But considering I'm a great booker, RPer, and asset to WFWF. I'll sign-on if Deville wants to put the wheels in motion and use mine as groundwork.

Expect an update upon my return. I have a good system that I use for Fantasy Football to keep an update on stats so this will be cake. And as I stated earlier . . . simplicity will keep order. I like the two month rule and will probably implement it under "keeper league" rules.
I.e. you will drop everyone but one person from your roster.
Sounds like enough people are interested to make this work so expect this to begin running next week or the week after.
Feel free to keep the ideas flowing . . . as much as this may surprise everyone, I'm not perfect.

it's worked before, but CBT got lazy and is failed. As long as we have someone who can update it weekly, then it should work.
