WWE and by extension Mattel seem to mostly ignore wrestlers who were only ever big in the territories or versions of their talent from the territories, are there any figures you'd like to see from that time period?
Personally I'd like to see
The Rock n Roll Express from Starrcade 85/87 or GAB 87 The Midnight Express Starrcade 87 Micheal P.S Hayes Starrcade 87 Jimmy Garvin and Buddy Roberts to round out the freebirds Arn and Ole Anderson JJ Dillion Barry Windham Terry Taylor Starrcade 85 Buddy Landel Starrcade 85 Dusty Rhodes Starrcade 85 Crockett Dusty Rhodes and/or Magnum TA in fur coats Any NWA Champion version of Ric Flair Late 70s CWF or WWWF Dusty Rhodes Harley Race Staircase 83 Roddy Piper and Greg Valentine with dog collar Starrcade 83 Memphis era Jerry Lawler Memphis era Terry Funk with eye patch All Japan Terry and Dory Funk All Japan Stan Hansen and Bruiser Brody Midnight Rockers Shawn Michaels AWA Adrian Adonis Adrian and Linda Street Dirty Dutch Mantel Ivan and Nikita Kollof Krusher Khrushchev Ernie Ladd CWF Kevin Sullivan CWF Luna Vachon CWF The Lock AWA Sherri Martel AJW Bull Nakano NWA Champion Ricky Steamboat GCW Randy Savage

I have the Micheal P.S Hayes Mattel put out and Kerry from Powertown but I'd like to have them all matching and in scale. Looking forward to the legends Terry Gordy next year

If they can't give us ECW figures I doubt this would be possible.

If they can't give us ECW figures I doubt this would be possible. I suspect they could if there was vocal demand for it but for obvious reasons they probably wouldn't sell as well. Ive kind of bought into the idea 2024/2025 might be stacked with ECW figures, at least some of the bigger names. Don't know if they're on your radar but Chella is doing a Sabu that'll scale perfectly with Mattel figures, I just got their Dynamite Kid.

Territories would be good, but I can't imagine them doing a lot of figures per territory. Though it's not a territory, I wouldn't mind an early 90s WCW line, basically before Hogan and friends arrived. Though, they would need to wait until they get Flair and Sting back. Early WCW had a lot of great talent that a lot of fans know of: Sting, Flair, Road Warriors, Steiner Brothers, Rick Rude, Stunning Steve Austin, Ricky the Dragon Steamboat, Ron Simmons, Vader, Cactus Jack, Diamond Studd, Vinnie Vegas, DDP, Arn Anderson, Dustin Rhodes, Dusty Rhodes, the Great Muta, Terry Funk, Barry Windham, Michael PS Hayes, Davey Boy Smith, Lord Steven Regal, Lex Luger, Abdullah the Butcher, Sid Vicious, Mean Mark Callous, Rock and Roll Express, Marcus Alexander Bagwell, the Patriot, Johnny B. Badd, Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorff, Paul Roma, the Nasty Boys, Harlem Heat, Jake the Snake Roberts, Flyin Brian Pillman, Shane Douglas, Brad Armstrong, Larry Zbyszko, Bobby Eaton, Jushin Liger, El Gigante, Mr. Hughes, Terrance Taylor, Greg Valentine, Nikita Koloff, Dr. Death Steve Williams, Terry Bam Bam Gordy, Barbarian, etc. The packaging could be similar to the old WCW Galoob figures' packaging that came out at the time. wwe_legends_figures did a mock-up, this would be nice:

I would do some questionable things to get Mattel to do either a Galoob or Hasbro tribute line like the Coliseum Collection after that's wrapped up. The Coliseum Collection are by far my favorite figures coming out these days so anything like it would be a must have for me

Chella seems to be the one closest to look like Elites based on their renders. How does the Dynamite Kid fair in size to your other WWE figures?

Scales perfectly, aside a slight gloss over the figure and some looseness in the legs itd be indistinguishable from an elite figure. I'd post a picture with him next to my bulldog but I haven't had him come in yet and I have no clue how to post photos on here, I know there are plenty online already though
