I've wanted to do this for a long time and now it's here.
As wrestling fans remember in Early of 2002. The Rock went on a part time status cause of starting a Hollywood Career. He would come back at Vengeance to become the first ever 7-time WWE Champion until losing the title to Brock Lesnar at Summerslam,
after that. The Rock took another hiatus and became a heel in January of 2003 siding with Vince McMahon against Hulk Hogan and defeated him at No Way Out and also defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 19 until losing to Goldberg at Backlash and taking another hiatus.
But what if The Rock never left Wrestling and never did Hollywood although he would still do some movies, but Wrestling is still his passion, and so at the start of the New Year of 2003. The Rock calls Hollywood and says that he still is considering wrestling. This is what if The Rock never left Wrestling.
January-April 2003:
The Rock returns on the RAW 10th Anniversary via satellite in real life to receive the "Gimme The Mic" Award. He gets a mixed reaction but still badmouths Goldust, Team Angle, Chris Jericho and Stephanie McMahon as a babyface and however he still gets booed. 5 days later, The Rock makes his return to the 2003 Royal Rumble as a surprise entrant entering at #16 replacing Rosey to a mixed reaction by laying the SMACKDOWN on people left and right eliminating 2 competitors such as Matt Hardy, Bill Demott and Eddie Guerrero until suddenly Hulk Hogan makes his return at #21 and he and Rock go at it with each other with Hogan getting the upper hand to a loud pop. But everytime The Rock gets offense in on Hogan, the crowd boos. Hogan then sends Rock out of the ring with a clothesline. Until he's eliminated by Chris Jericho. Rock & Hogan brawl after their elimination. Vince books their match at No Way Out In real life. And in real life. The Rock turns heel and becomes Hollywood Rock and with help from Vince McMahon in real life. The Rock defeats Hogan and then feuds with Stone Cold Steve Austin who had just come back and then also come from the SMACKDOWN Brand to the RAW Brand. At WrestleMania 19. The Rock defeats Austin to end his WrestleMania losing streak to Austin twice. He then has his feud with Goldberg in real life with Goldberg making his debut and him defeating The Rock at Backlash with The Rock leaving.
May 2003:
The Rock teases a hiatus, he is not seen on RAW as he is assumed to be beaten and dominated by Goldberg. But at Judgment Day, just as the competitors are about to compete for the Intercontinental Title Battle Royal. Howard Finkel announces that there is one more entrant to join the Battle Royal, and then The Rock's music plays and he comes in and immediately tosses out Lance Storm. The Rock then eliminates Kane without any help next. The final four are The Rock, Christian, Booker T and Goldust. Jericho is not in the battle royal as he will face off against Shawn Michaels in a Last Man Standing Match. The Rock & Christian team up seeing as Christian is The Rock's protege. They quickly eliminate Goldust. Booker makes a comeback and throws The Rock through the ropes but not over the top rope to the floor. Booker and Christian are the final 2 left and Booker thinks he's won the match and the Intercontinental Title. But The Rock comes in and surprises Booker with the Rock Bottom and throws him over the top rope to much boos capturing the Intercontinental Title for the third time since 1998. Booker is upset indeed and wants to challenge The Rock for the Intercontinental Title, but there's one person that is also angry at The Rock and that is Christian for not neglecting him against Booker T. GM Stone Cold Steve Austin books a Triple Threat Match at Bad Blood between Christian, Booker T and The Rock.
June 2003:
Before that, The Rock defeats The Hurricane to retain the Intercontinental Title in their March rematch after The Hurricane defeated The Rock weeks before WrestleMania 19. Then, The Rock decides to show some signs of a face turn calling Christian a CLB, at Bad Blood. The Rock retains the Intercontinental Title against Christian and Booker T after pinning Christian with the Rock Bottom and the People's Elbow. Christian is still upset that The Rock is hogging all the spotlight, The Rock tells Christian that he's crazy if he thinks he was his "protege" turning The Rock face in the process.
July 2003:
The Rock & Christian start their feud, but on July 7. 2003. The Rock loses the Intercontinental Title in a face vs face battle against Booker T. After, both men shake hands cementing The Rock's face turn again although he's still feuding with Christian. Christian attacks The Rock with Chris Jericho after The Rock's match with Jericho. But The Rock turns the tables by costing Christian the Intercontinental Title against Booker T. So at Summerslam, Christian makes a challenge to The Rock.
August 2003:
The Rock accepts Christian's challenge for Summerslam. At a Live Event. Christian defeats Booker T to win the Intercontinental Championship, but the match will just be a non-title match because clearly The Rock wants to lay the SMACKDOWN on Christian's ass. Christian, still the Intercontinental Champion puts in a great showing against The Rock and almost coming close on one occasion by defeating The Rock by hitting the unprettier and the Rock Bottom. But The Rock fights back and defeats Christian by hitting the People's Elbow.
September 2003:
The Rock takes time off to prepare for the "Rundown" Movie, so The Rock gets beaten down by Mark Henry in a backstage segment after The Rock defeated Rodney Mack in a one on one match.
October 2003:
On October 13th. The Rock makes his return as a surprise partner to team up with The Dudley Boys & Shane McMahon in a 8-Man Tag Team Street Fight Match defeating La Resistance, Chris Jericho and Christian with The Rock getting the win for his team. The Rock begins his feud with Mark Henry, also The Rock gets an offer by Stone Cold Steve Austin to help him keep his job against Eric Bischoff. The Rock considers this, he says The Rock doesn't need Stone Cold's help. Stone Cold needs The Rock's help.
November 2003:
The Rock will be on Stone Cold's Team as he will team up with Booker T, Rob Van Dam, Shawn Michaels & Lance Storm (Yes, I said because Lance Storm) because Lance Storm had been getting a little push after Stone Cold Steve Austin called Lance Storm boring in June. The Dudley Boys will be facing The Basham Brothers in an Interpromotional Tag Team Match, so Rock & Storm both take The Dudley Boys's place. Stone Cold's Team as The Rock, Shawn Michaels, Rob Van Dam, Lance Storm & Booker T will take on Eric Bischoff's team consisting of Randy Orton, Mark Henry, Scott Steiner, Chris Jericho & Christian. The Rock firstly eliminates Mark Henry & Scott Steiner, The Rock & Michaels have a 3 on 2 disadvantage against Jericho, Christian & Orton. Eventually Michaels eliminates Christian thanks to Sweet Chin Music. The Rock & Michaels hold their own against Jericho & Christian but a mistimed sweet chin music on The Rock allows The Rock to be eliminated thanks to an RKO by Randy Orton starting signs of a tease of a feud between The Rock vs Shawn Michaels. Unfortunately, Austin's team loses the match like in real life.
December 2003:
The Rock still showing some distrust in Shawn Michaels will now join Mick Foley as they will take on La Resistance in a Tag Team Match at Armageddon with La Resistance bashing and continuing to humilate America at every turn. Rock & Foley defeat La Resistance at Armageddon with Foley coming out of retirement for one night as he is the co General Manager for RAW. But the next night, Mick Foley walks out during a match against Randy Orton and he loses his co-GM Job. Orton spits in Foley's face, that of course upsets The Rock. On December 29, 2003. The Rock challenges Orton in a non-title match to get his revenge for his buddy Mick Foley, but he is beaten up by Evolution as usual, however. The Rock comes back later that night to help Shawn Michaels win the World Heavyweight Title against Triple H. Rock & Michaels stare each other down with The Rock eyeing the World Heavyweight Title that Shawn's got on his shoulder.
January 2004:
In the first RAW of 2004. The Rock announces that he would enter the Royal Rumble Match and win the Royal Rumble for the second time in his corner so that he can have the dream match he always wanted, Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania!. Chris Benoit and The Rock will enter at #1 and #2 and they will go the distance eliminating people left and right and they will become the last 2 competitors. Benoit almost tries to put The Rock over the top rope but The Rock hangs on and hits the Rock Bottom on the #1 entrant and cleanly throws him over the top rope to the floor. The Rock and Benoit shake hands, Michaels retains the World Title against Triple H in a Last Man Standing Match.
February 2004:
As for The Rock, he has a decision to make, does he face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title at WrestleMania 20 or will he have his dream match against Shawn Michaels. It does not take The Rock long as at No Way Out, he is officially challenging Shawn Michaels for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 20 while Chris Benoit beats Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Title at No Way Out and Benoit, Guerrero and Lesnar will compete at WrestleMania for the title while Triple H will take on Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania. Undertaker will return to the Darkside to collide against Goldberg after Goldberg had buried him alive.
March 2004:
Rock and Michaels each get involved in promos and also in tag team matches, but they don't come to blows before WrestleMania, on the RAW show before WrestleMania, both cut a serious promo on each other with Michaels saying that he always hated The Rock ever since he came to the WWE in 1996 and it was always him & Hunter that held The Rock down and when he was injured. The Rock defied it all and stole the spotlight from both Hunter and Shawn. And while Michaels was down with a back injury. The Rock had it all, 9 World Championship wins, 3 Intercontinental Championship wins, 5 Tag Team Championship reigns, hell even won the Royal Rumble twice and tried to become a big star in Hollywood but it failed him and it burned a hole in The Rock that The Rock had to return full time. The Rock counters saying that it was always Michaels and Hunter holding him back while Kevin Nash & Scott Hall and the rest of the WCW Stars was almost damn close to putting the WWE out of business. People like Michaels, Triple H, Undertaker, Foley, Kane, Austin and The Rock made damn sure that the WWE would survive and now finally it's come to this, Shawn Michaels vs The Rock, one on one for the very first time. Rock tells Michaels that for many years. Michaels refused to be beaten by everybody. When The Rock came around in 1996. Michaels had an attitude that no one couldn't stand and even when he was in D-Generation X. He still had that same attitude, but the drugs and alcohol got to him and then he found religion. The Rock tells Michaels that he's glad that Michaels got himself clean to where he is today, he is the showstopper, the icon, Mr. WrestleMania and The Heartbreak Kid because he's beaten the best, he's beaten Bret Hart, Undertaker, Sycho Sid, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, Chris Jericho, Ric Flair, all the best there is this industry has to offer except for The Rock, because The Rock has faced and defeated every legend that Shawn Michaels has stepped up against, The Rock's beaten the same guys that Shawn Michaels has beaten. Michaels replies saying that surely The Rock has beaten all of the greats that have stepped up to him and he's talking about guys like Triple H for his first Intercontinental Title and also for numerous WWE Titles. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Mick Foley, Undertaker, Big Show, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, Booker T, Hulk Hogan and the respectable list of people that he's defeated, but the thing is. He's never faced the Heartbreak Kid one on one and at WrestleMania, if The Rock thinks that Shawn Michaels is going to be the next to be added on that list. He's not going to because The Rock is right. Michaels has been in many WrestleManias since 1989 and The Rock is right on one thing, Michaels is indeed Mr. WrestleMania, he's the guy that revolutionized the Ladder Match against Scott Hall, and he's the man that went 60 minutes with Bret Hart, and the man with a bad back headlined WrestleMania 14 with Stone Cold Steve Austin. And just last year, he made the biggest WrestleMania comeback by defeating Chris Jericho while The Rock finally defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin and now he can look into The Rock's eyes and he can honestly say that he wanted this dream match to happen, because after Survivor Series when he accidentally superkicked The Rock. He dreamed for this match to happen and when The Rock helped him win the World Heavyweight Championship in December. He wanted it to happen more and more and when The Rock won the Royal Rumble and chose him, that's when he knew the fantasy dream match was finally going to happen, and now there's no questions that Michaels and The Rock will never go one on one because it's finally reality. The Rock then tells Michaels that he remembers the very first night on SMACKDOWN when The Rock was close to defeating Triple H for the World Title. Michaels cost him the World Title. And it was at that very moment for the plan to have this match was redemption because The Rock is going to lay the SMACKDOWN on Shawn Michaels and that Michaels may have found redemption with god, but at WrestleMania. The Rock will find redemption by taking down The Heartbreak Kid and stopping the show for good. Rock and Michaels stare each other down on the final go-home show of WrestleMania without any explosions between the two. At WrestleMania, the two main event Madison Square Garden as probably one of the best 30-35 minute match of all time with Rock kicking out of Sweet Chin Music not once but twice, and Michaels kicking out of 2 Rock Bottoms and the People's Elbow, but it takes one more Rock Bottom to put down The Heartbreak Kid and The Rock walks out of MSG as the New World Heavyweight Champion for the tenth straight time. Rock and Michaels shake hands after this match with Michaels telling The Rock that he'll see The Rock soon enough with The Rock nodding his approval. The night after WrestleMania. The Rock shows up with the World Title Belt announcing that the Evolution Show on RAW is no more and now with The Rock as World Champion, it is now officially The Rock's show on Monday Night RAW. Rock's first title defense happens on March 22, 2004 as he retains the title against newly RAW draftee Rhyno and also on March 29, 2004 retaining the title against Shelton Benjamin in a respectful match. Chris Benoit is also drafted to RAW and he wins the Battle Royal the next night to face The Rock for the World Title at Backlash.
April 2004:
With Benoit's win in the Battle Royal, that means he will face The Rock in his hometown for the World Heavyweight Title at Backlash. The Rock remembers the history between the two in 2000 with Benoit trying to beat The Rock twice for the World Title only to have it reversed when The Rock beat him twice. Benoit says that he has never forgotten the history between him and The Rock. He knows he can beat The Rock just like he has numerous times, his first one on one RAW Match was when he beat The Rock years ago because he knows The Rock's weaknesses and strengths. The Rock then says that he used to make fun of Benoit being toothless, but he's changed all of it because Benoit busted his ass to become a World Champion and he proved that on the SMACKDOWN Brand when he beat the baddest of all time, Brock Lesnar. But when he steps in the ring with The Rock again, The Rock is going to lay the SMACKDOWN on his Candy Ass just like in the past. Benoit says that he may have dominated the SMACKDOWN Brand but it's all going to be different cause he is now on the RAW Brand and he can prove that without controversy he can beat The Rock and he's going to do it on his hometown. Benoit and Rock put on a match of the night quality at Backlash with The Rock defeating Benoit in a 25-30 minute match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship with both men shaking hands after the match.
May 2004:
The Rock is still the man to beat on Monday Night RAW as the World Heavyweight Champion, with Triple H no longer the head of Monday Night RAW and joining the SMACKDOWN Brand!. The Rock continues to feud with the rest of Evolution, Shawn Michaels and others. Kane is the next challenger to face The Rock for the World Heavyweight Championship as he defeats The Rock in a Non-Title Match by DQ after interference from Matt Hardy. Kane says that in the Past, The Rock used to make fun of him cause of him wearing his mask, but now it's a new Kane. Because when he took his mask off, he didn't take his mask off for himself, he took off his mask to be accepted for who he is, a monster and The Rock as good as he is is with the World Title around his waist, he is not a monster because all The Rock is now is a soft man that entertains people in Hollywood and he will permanantely send The Rock back to Hollywood after he makes The Rock retire from wrestling for good at Bad Blood.
June 2004:
The Rock takes exception to Kane's remarks and says that Kane didn't take his mask off for the fans or himself. He took it because he still is and will forever be a sick freak. That gets Kane mad that 13 days before Bad Blood. He sadistically beats down The Rock and tombstones him on the stage similar to what he did to Linda McMahon in June of 2003. With The Rock's injuries. He is questioned for Bad Blood!. But despite that. The Rock will compete against Kane for the World Title at Bad Blood, but it's going to be non-sanctioned cause of The Rock's injuries because Kane would not be held responsible for what he does to The Rock after he wins the World Heavyweight Championship and be the new People's Champion. Also, Kane continues his feud with Matt Hardy & Lita. In a backstage segment at Bad Blood. Lita gives The Rock a pep talk telling him to destroy Kane. Rock and Kane have a brutal hardcore battle with The Rock kicking out of 2 Chokeslams. Kane tries to use a flaming table to try to chokeslam The Rock on it but The Rock fights back and hits Kane with the Rock Bottom through the flaming Table retaining the World Heavyweight Title in the process!. On June 28, 2004. The Rock retains the World Title again against Kane in a rematch.
July 2004:
And now The Rock's next challenger will be against Chris Jericho, an old 2001/2002 Rivalry that had brewed, The Rock remembers the victories Jericho has had against him and he will admit that he lost touch with Jericho beating The Rock too many times, The Rock says Jericho proved it at No Mercy 2001 when he beat him for the World Heavyweight Title and when he became the first ever undisputed champion defeating him and Stone Cold Steve Austin at the same time it was because Chris Jericho was now a big star but he's still the same Chris Jericho like he was, and all the many times The Rock defeated him on RAW & SMACKDOWN. He has never defeated him at a PPV. But at Vengeance, it's going to change and he will beat Jericho to hold on to the World Heavyweight Championship. Jericho says that The Rock is still the same assclown that he defeated and that he will always be better than The Rock because The Rock sold himself out for Hollywood while Jericho ran with the ball as Champion. The Rock disagrees and says that Jericho's reign lasted 3 months and it never has been better for him all because that slut Trish Stratus dumped him and his so called friend creepy little bastard Christian betrayed him as well. Jericho admitted that he was cocky to the fans, but that was in the past. The fans have forgiven Jericho. The Rock says that Jericho can believe it to these fans, but he can prove it to The Rock if he defeats him. Jericho says that he can prove that he can beat The Rock without any help for the World Title. Unfortunately as hard as Jericho fights at Vengeance against The Rock, it's not enough as The Rock retains the World Title cleanly over Jericho and both men shake hands after the match. And then after, Brock Lesnar who was drafted to RAW in the spring and has been on a tear since joining the brand destroys both Rock & Jericho and raises up the World Title Belt.
August 2004:
The Rock has remained champ for 4 plus months, there's not much challengers that The Rock has beaten yet, but he rekindles an old rivalry that defeated him for the WWE Title in 2002 at Summerslam and that was Brock Lesnar. Brock had now come to the RAW Brand in the Spring and had dominated almost everyone and plus almost ending the career of Shawn Michaels when he sadistically brutalized him at Bad Blood inside Hell in A Cell!. So I guess you can say Lesnar is a tweener. Lesnar once again has Heyman by his side. The Rock says that he will admit at Summerslam 2002. Lesnar gave him the ass kicking of a lifetime, but at Summerslam 2004. It won't be the same mistake, and this time The Rock is going to lay the SMACKDOWN on Lesnar's candyass, the reason why we don't give Randy Orton the main event for now is because he is still the Intercontinental Champion and he will take on Edge for the Intercontinental Championship in Edge's hometown. So with Lesnar jumping to RAW in the spring and having his sights set on the World Heavyweight Title. It's Best for Business that Lesnar & The Rock rekindle their rivalry once more. 2 weeks before Summerslam. Lesnar brutally beats down The Rock and gives him not one, two but three F5S. Heyman tells Rock that Lesnar will be the World Heavyweight Champion and that wouldn't be a prediction, but a spoiler. The Rock says that no matter what, win, lose or draw. The Rock will still lay the SMACKDOWN on Lesnar's candyass. And in a shocking upset. The Rock avenges his Summerslam 2002 loss by defeating Lesnar despite surviving 2 F5s and makes Lesnar submit to the Sharpshooter and thus retaining the World Heavyweight Title!. But The Rock & Lesnar's rivalry is not over by a long shot. However, someone is about to join the rivalry in this picture.
September 2004:
After his victory over Lesnar. The Rock has been on a high since being World Champion and has continued to dominate the Monday Night RAW rankings, his feud with Lesnar still continues, and now Randy Orton after losing the Intercontinental Title to Edge now wants his opportunity at the World Heavyweight Title. So Orton & Lesnar will battle to determine who the #1 Contender is on August 23, 2004 with The Rock as the guest referee. But both Lesnar & Orton decide to gang up on The Rock. However The Rock fights back, and it winds up being a three-way brawl between Lesnar, Orton and The Rock with Eric Bischoff announcing that at Unforgiven, The Rock would defend his World Title against Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton. Meanwhile on the SMACKDOWN Side. Triple H is now the WWE Champion meaning that he defeated Eddie Guerrero for the title at Summerslam while Undertaker is still on his "Darkside Return Tour". John Cena is starting to gain momentum as a main event status star, meanwhile on the RAW Side, the RAW main event side is still filled with Orton, Lesnar, Rock, Benoit, HBK, Jericho, Edge & Kane. And the SMACKDOWN main event is filled with Guerrero, Triple H, Undertaker, JBL, John Cena, Booker T, Mysterio, RVD & Angle. At Unforgiven, The Rock retains the World Title by defeating Lesnar and Randy Orton with assistance from Shawn Michaels with The Rock pinning Orton with the Rock Bottom after Michaels and Lesnar fight backstage through the crowd with Michaels getting his redemption for what happened at Bad Blood.
October 2004:
After The Rock retains the World Title at Unforgiven, Randy Orton wants another shot, but for reasons, both of Evolution seem to vie for the World Title, so at Taboo Tuesday. The Rock will either have to face Ric Flair, Batista or Randy Orton or all of the above in a Fatal Four Way Match. In a landslide, the Fatal Four Way Match wins the vote meaning that it will be more like a 3 on 1 Handicap Match, meanwhile Michaels & Lesnar will continue their feud and their feud will happen in a Dog Collar Match via landslide as it's probably one of the bloodiest brawls in WWE history and plus, the winner becomes the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Title and will face whoever the World Champion is at The Survivor Series!. Michaels wins the brutal dog collar match as it is the main event of the night. The Rock despite having the odds stacked against him defeats all of Evolution to retain the World Heavyweight Title in a Fatal 4 Way Match by pinning Batista!. So the WrestleMania 20 rematch is set and it will be The Rock vs Shawn Michaels for Survivor Series!.
November 2004:
After Shawn Michaels defeats Brock Lesnar to become the #1 Contender. Michaels calls out The Rock the next night and says that now that he beat Brock Lesnar meaning that he can get his WrestleMania redemption over The Rock. The Rock says that at WrestleMania. HBK gave it all he had against The Rock and The Rock gave it back to him, so it's fair that Michaels deserves this rematch against The Rock at the 2004 Survivor Series for the title. But just like WrestleMania, the end result will be the same like always with HBK flat on his back similar to WrestleMania, and it would be The Rock that will walk out of Survivor Series still the World Champion. Michaels and Rock have tense pull apart fights with one another as they seem to can't get along even not working well together against La Resistance for the Tag Team Championship. Michaels & Rock fight hard against one another at the PPV, almost similar to WrestleMania. But The Rock just like WrestleMania defeats HBK 2-0 and retains the World Heavyweight Title again, Meanwhile on the same show, Triple H will defeat Rey Mysterio to retain the WWE Title while Team RAW consisting of Randy Orton, Edge (who is now a heel), Batista, Chris Jericho & Chris Benoit defeat Team SMACKDOWN consisting of Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero, Rob Van Dam, JBL & The Big Show. Orton becomes the sole survivor and on the next night challenges The Rock for the World Title with The Rock accepting. Orton defeats The Rock to capture the World Title with help from Evolution.
December 2004:
After Orton wins the World Title, The Rock demands a rematch against the Legend Killer saying that he used his Evolution friends to help him beat The Rock when Orton should've done the right thing and defeat The Rock fair and square to take his title. The Rock gets his rematch at New Year's Revolution to face Orton for the World Title unless he defeats Batista. The Rock is able to get by Batista and he will face Orton for the World Title at New Year's Revolution showing signs of dissension between Batista, Orton & Flair.
January 2005:
At New Year's Revolution. The Rock faces Randy Orton for his rematch for the World Heavyweight Title. The ref gets knocked down, so Batista and Ric Flair interefere and with the referee waking up. Batista grabs Orton and nails him with a sucker punch getting The Rock disqualified as a prank by Evolution. The Rock does not find the prank hilarious that he destroys the referee who saw it and Evolution. Batista leaves as The Rock puts a beatdown on both Flair & Orton with Batista still refusing to help Flair & Orton. The Rock grabs Orton and hits the Rock Bottom on the Announce Table. The Rematch is set for the Royal Rumble, but this time it will be in a Steel Cage Match meaning that there would be nowhere to run for Orton, The Rock picks the match stipulation and wants Evolution to be barred from ringside. Orton then chooses it differently stating that if The Rock loses, The Rock leaves RAW for good!. The Rock and Orton have probably the most brutal steel cage match in the history of the WWE. Orton wins cleanly by reversing the People's Elbow into the RKO to get the win. And The Rock has to leave Monday Night RAW!.
February 2005:
With The Rock out of Monday Night RAW. Randy Orton is untop of RAW now as the World Heavyweight Champion, but now he must face Batista for the World Title at WrestleMania 21 after Batista had won the Royal Rumble. SMACKDOWN GM Teddy Long books a 6-Man Elimination Chamber Match for No Way Out to determine who will face the WWE Champion Triple H at WrestleMania 21 for the title. He says that JBL, Big Show, Kurt Angle, John Cena, Rey Mysterio and a mystery entrant will compete for that opportunity. The Rock is revealed to be the mystery opponent and he will win the match by defeating John Cena, I know this was supposed to be Cena's time, but we are giving this time to The Rock because he has an old rivalry with Triple H and the two never had a one on one fight at WrestleMania 21 for the title although they were the final 2 competitors at WrestleMania 16 in the Fatal Four Way Elimination Match. Cena will have a feud with JBL as Cena is still of course the United States Champion, and Chris Jericho on RAW will challenge The Undertaker's streak while Shawn Michaels & Eddie Guerrero have their dream match, and Kurt Angle will take on Brock Lesnar meaning that there is 3 brand supremacy matches.
March/April 2005:
After Triple H's SMACKDOWN reign as WWE Champion. Triple H says after he defeated Eddie Guerrero at No Way Out to retain the title, he couldn't help but overhear how The Rock came back to win the Elimination Chamber and decide to challenge Triple H for the title. The Rock interrupts Triple H's promo and says that he chose to face Triple H at WrestleMania 21 because they never faced off one on one at WrestleMania, but they did share a WrestleMania match together in 2000, a Fatal Four Way Match in which Triple H beat him with help and now he doesn't have that help anymore, so what that means is The Rock is simply going to rewrite history and whip Triple H's ass all over again. Triple H says that he and The Rock were destined to do this forever and so that The Rock could not go back to Hollywood because he wanted to stay to win more titles. The Rock says that while Triple H was running SMACKDOWN from the ground up as WWE Champion. The Rock was cleaning up the mess Triple H made on RAW until Randy Orton made it a mess all over again. Triple H says that The Rock got exactly what he deserved and that Orton is the future of WWE today cause he took The World Heavyweight Title away from The Rock. Triple H and The Rock have back and forth promos and brawls with Triple H getting the upper hand, but on the go-home show of SMACKDOWN. The Rock and Triple H have another brawl with superstars, officials and referees trying to separate them, but it's not enough as The People's Champion and The Game take out the entire security, superstars, officials and referees and then they stare each other down to end the go-home show. At WrestleMania 21. Rock & Triple H have probably their best encounter ever like in all of old times the two fought together. Rock kicks out of 2 pedigrees while Triple H kicks out of the People's Elbow, Triple H attempts to use the sledgehammer on The Rock behind the referee's back but The Rock catches The Game by hitting the Rock Bottom and pinning him to win the WWE Title for the first time since 2002. SMACKDOWN is now officially The Rock's show once again!.
So what will happen in Part 2 now that The Rock has ruled SMACKDOWN once more?.
