Male wrestler of the year: Kenny Omega. His reign lasted 10 1/2 months of the year. He always delivered. His mic work improved to the point where he sounds excellent now. He's a snarky prick with a beard you want someone to slap off his face, but he's awesome so it never happened. Kenny Omega was the reason the AEW World Championship is the most protected title in wrestling. Omega gets my vote.
Female wrestler of the year: Britt Baker D.M.D. The Doctor is one of the most over wrestlers in the company, and deserves the praise. Her matches are usually high quality and her mic work is in the upper class of the company. Her interaction with Tony SkeeAvone is as mind boggling as it is hilarious. Her and Thunder Rosa had the Women's match of the year.
Tag team of the year: FTR. I was meh on these two when they were on the other channel. Playing the tough guy heel tag team in AEW is a perfect spot for them. When Cash tore his arm up in their match against Santana and Ortiz I thought he was going to be in trouble. He came back and they picked right back up where they left off by having barn burner matches. AEW's tag division is stacked. Shame they don't all get the tv time they deserve.
Match of the year: - Kenny Omega vs Bryan Danielson at "Grand Slam: Night 1." This was a great World Title match that ended in a 30 minute draw. I hope they wait to have the rematch until one of them is Champion again.
Show of the year: "ALL OUT." Omega - Christian. Lucha Bros. - Bucks in a steel cage. Debuts of Ruby Soho, Adam Cole, and Bryan Danielson. This night was full of HOLY SH*T moments.
Moment of the year: It's gotta be CM Punk. The reaction from that Chi-Town crowd was the biggest we heard in AEW this year.
Rookie of the year: She's That Bitch, Jade Cargill.

Male wrestler of the year
Kenny Omega, followed close by Fenix. I would say Bryan but he just showed up and while having some classics in his short time I don’t think it makes up for an entire year.
Female wrestler of the year
Britt Baker. No real explanation needed there
Tag team of the year
Lucha Bros. They’ve had some great matches over the last year, with one of them being my MOTY.
Match of the year
Lucha Bros vs Young Bucks. Loved everything about this match, my runner up is MJF vs Darby
Show of the year
All Out. The debuts of Bryan, Cole, and Ruby, the in ring debut of Punk, plus some great matches. Really awesome show with Full Gear right behind it
Moment of the year
CM Punk debuts. Nothing better
Rookie of the year
Daniel Garcia. Would say Hook but he’s had two matches this year

Male WOTY: Kenny Omega
What he accomplished this year given his numerous injuries is beyond impressive.
Female WOTY: Britt Baker
It’s not close. She’s MUCH improved in ring and is working hard. I don’t even know who would be in 2nd.
Tag Team of the Year: Young Bucks
They carried this division for the majority of the year. Heel Bucks are the best.
Rookie of the Year: Dante Martin
I can’t wait for Darius to come back, I think he was actually better than Dante 👀
Moment of the Year: CM Punk returns to wrestling
Being there live, I’ll never forget it. The loudest crowd I’ve ever heard.
Show of the Year: All Out
I was there live and it was easily my favorite PPV AEW has ever done. From top to bottom, I think the only show that beats it is maybe X-7
MotY: Young Bucks vs Lucha Bros Steel Cage match at All Out
Great atmosphere, great wrestling, great story, and a top tier match

Male wrestler of the year: Miro I think Danielson had better matches among other things but he really was the MVP of AEW this year and when he was TNT Champ that title was red hot and it felt legit.
Female wrestler of the year: Britt Baker I don't think anyone really comes close. Even when she wasn't the champ she was the most prominently featured women's wrestler in the company. At times I feel like her dominance in the division is damaging to many of the other competitors but besides Thunder Rosa I don't feel as if there are any women deserving of being champion.
Tag team of the year: The Lucha Bros There's not many other teams that have been given the spotlight the way that they, The Young Bucks, or FTR have this year so it really only makes sense for any of them to be considered. I gave my nod to the Lucha Bros however because I feel like it was a long time coming for their title win and The Young Bucks schtick doesn't impress me much.
Match of the year: Lucha Bros vs. Young Bucks at All Out It was a crazy match and the one that sticks out the most for me over the past year.
Show of the year: All Out It may be just me but I feel like Full Gear was really unimpressive and I felt like I spent much of the night waiting for the crowning of Adam Page rather than caring about many of the other matches. All Out on the other hand, felt like AEW at its hottest. Punk debuted, Danielson and Cole arrived, and regardless of how things have played out after the show, I felt my most invested in AEW at this time because of how much it seemed like they were doing right and this show is the best representative of that time. Miro dominating, Jericho/MJF had stakes, Mox was still making moves despite not being champion, and Punk returned to the ring. I couldn't get enough of AEW at that point.
Moment of the year: CM Punk's return There was nothing like it. In my eyes it could be seen as the moment AEW became legit. I have my reservations about his booking since the return but it was great.
Rookie of the year: Dante Martin A lot of people are putting Hook here but I don't think Hook really compares with his two matches at this point. Dante Martin, although I feel he has work to do, brings some really cool stuff to his work and I feel like he has the best track record of AEW's rookies.

Tag team of the year: FTR. Extra points because that theme bangs hard.
Match of the year: Bryan Danielson vs Hangman Page. Even though I'm not the biggest Cornette fan...to hear him say "this is wrestling" is pretty cool. Means the world to me that I got to see this live.
Show of the year: This one was hard because it's a 3 way tie between All Out/Full Gear/Winter is Coming
Moment of the year: Punks return
Rookie of the year: Hook

Male Wrestler: Omega, easy. Danielson just wasn't in AEW long enough or it would have been him.
Female: Britt, another easy one.
Tag team of the year: I gotta go with the Bucks on this one.
Match of the year: Danielson/Hangman. My favourite AEW match of all time, and in my top 3 matches of all time I think.
Show of the year: All Out. Despite Hangman winning @ full gear, which was my personal highlight of like 28 years of wrestling fandom.
Moment of the year: For me, Hangman winning the title. Objectively, Punk returning.
Rookie of the year: I'm a Hooker.
