That could totally be done just like Andre/Giant Machine with swapout heads and soft goods for Spider Lady's attire....but, I dont think they're going to be making any Moolah figures anytime soon.

Id love a Moolah. Im guessing Mattel is avoiding it because of her rep but I think it should still be made.
