Supreme Gauntlet Block A Tiebreaker
---------------------------------------------------
Trace Demon vs. Joe Bishop
When the blocks were announced for the Supreme Gauntlet there was a certain sense of destiny about the fact that Trace Demon and Joe Bishop would be competing in the same block. Even more so that they’d be competing against each other on the final day in what many already considered a frontrunner to be the deciding match of the block. Now, four shows and a whole lot of action later and that is exactly what has happened. Once Trace Demon’s protege Joe Bishop left the WFWF and has returned better than ever with a new mission to legitimise the company. It’s a mission that he undoubtably knew would bring him into conflict with his former mentor and now the time has come. Almost every week during the Supreme Gauntlet Trace Demon has made a point of making his presence known to Bishop, from watching backstage to straight up appearing in person to ‘celebrate’ Bishop’s victory. And whereas that would have certainly thrown Bishop off of his game once upon a time this is not that man. Joe Bishop is ready for Trace Demon now. The real question however is whether Trace Demon is ready for Joe Bishop?

Supreme Gauntlet Block B Tiebreaker
---------------------------------------------------
Ante Whitner vs. David Brennan
To decide which Block B representative will make it to the Pay Per View finals we send Ante Whitner and David Brennan into war. Both men are coming off of lightning fast defeats over Dex and both men are looking as battle hardened as ever. It’s the Golden Opportunity holder vs. the WFWF International Champion, and perhaps a chance to test the water for Ante Whitner before he cashes in that opportunity against this same man down the line. Both men have the finals in their sight but only one of them will make it into the title match. Not only that but you have to imagine one Phillip Schneider is going to be watching this very closely indeed. Hold on to your butts!
Supreme Gauntlet Block A Match
---------------------------------------------------
Anna Ahriman vs. Hugh Jass
Neither Anna nor Hugh have had the most successful tournaments on paper, but it has to be said that both were thrown in at the shark infested deep end and have held their own with some of the best the WFWF has to offer. They know the shot at the final is off the table now but this could be a chance for Jass to finally get himself on the score board having refused the points offered to him on Austin Hayes’ forfeit, or indeed a chance for Anna to reaffirm herself after a crushing loss at the hands of Trace Demon last week. Either way you can guarantee that this will be a straight wrestling match, with no shenanigans, no bending the rules and no disrespect, and in the WFWF that’s a rare thing.
Tag Team Experiment
Reverend Shadow & Frank Lynn vs Scarlett Quinn & Tyson Watts
---------------------------------------------------
Last week we saw the successful returns of Reverend Shadow and Scarlett Quinn. With these two former WFWF World Champions back in the WFWF there was a lot of talk about when they’d step foot inside of a WFWF ring together. Well, that didn’t take long did it? However this won’t be a simple one on one clash between the two big returnees, instead they’ll have to work alongside someone else if they want to pick up the win. Now we know Scarlett Quinn is more than capable of being part of a team having had a successful run alongside Penny Shannon, but can she work alongside someone she doesn’t have much in common with in Tyson Watts, who himself is still looking for his first win in the WFWF? And then there’s the odd couple team of Reverend Shadow and Frank Lynn. Now again you have someone with some tag team acumen in one half of the former Thunderbirds, but what you might not know is that Reverend Shadow is a former tag team champion in his own right. Can that added experience aid him in working alongside Lynn, or will Scarlett and Watts prove to be too formidable for them? This should go smoothly, right?
