Hey all!
Wasn't quite sure where to put this, it could be sports related, classic wrestling related, but the conversation is WWE related, so feel free to move!
Last night our University recreated a 90's WCW Arena.
Our arena, Rupp Arena, recently renovated and remodeled its entire media platforms, including adding a video board over center court.
Last night at the annual Big Blue Madness event, we were treated to an unusual sight that took me back in time.
Many of UK's athletes and staff members are huge wrestling fans, and it came through with this years Madness set up.
They assembled a titantron structure with a full ramp.
They had opening pyro and intro videos for the event.
Then, the legendary Michael Buffer entered the arena, to ask fans if of course, they were ready.
Each player had their own intro video and theme, along with pyro.
Women's Basketball star Makayla Epps entered with the WWE Championship belt.
Truly a surreal and incredible environment in Rupp last night. I've included some video from YouTube as I don't have mine done yet.
Has any athletic team ever replicated a WWE event more accurately?

That's pretty cool!
To be honest, I don't know where it would belong either. I'll investigate.

Pretty cool. As for where it belongs, I have no f'n idea. *shrug* I'm cool with it here, at least for the time being unless some other mod really wants it for themselves
