I've been meaning to ask here what you guys thought about this line now that it's been what a year, year and a half? IMO, I thought if any gimmicky, kid-targeted line Mattel has made so far (Flex Force, Power Slammers, etc.)that THIS would have been there most successful one. I had hope it would have been a great line but the weird part choices kinda dragged it down, imo. I would have definitely bought more than two of them if Mattel would have had a lot more normal parts and pieces. I've seen the line sell but sell slowly so I imagine it was alright. What do you guys think?

My opinion: Failure.
I thought it was a waste, I still see pegs full of this stuff. I had no interest in them from the start.
I would be very happy if Mattel just kept figures at Elites, Basics, Battle Packs and anything directly related that uses those figures.

It would have been cooler had they snuck out heads like look /somewhat/ like Owen Hart or Benoit or Chyna, you know, just enough to where Martha couldn't sue them for use

Judging from my surrounding stores, seems like a failed line. I just really want that bald head guy the comes with the Sting set.

If they're still bringing out new sets then of course it's a success. If they stop then it's a failure

Mattel seems to have a fascination with wasting plastic

On a scale from Power Slammers to Rumblers, I'd say soild Flex Force!

I got the Hogan and Warrior ones along with Taker one at a discounted price and probably would buy some others at a clearance price just for accessories.

I thought it was ok but ultimately it was a failure. It would have been better if they kept the same skin tone for all of them so it looks a little better as well as custom heads like they did for the "elite" ones.

I loved em and they remind me of the S.T.O.M.P figures from when I was a kid.

I'll give mattel credit, they where the best "gimmick" wwe toy to date. The accessories can be reused with the regular basic/elites.
The problem was the price, mattel thought people would buy these sets up and that was just not the case. If they where cheaper they would have sold better.
Ohh yeah and mattel Bring Back Rumblers !!!

Total failure. More of a success than all the other hoky crap they came up with, but failure. They have all this money for tooling garbage lines of figures time and time again, but we cant get molded shirt sleeves, molded anything wristband related from tape to nevilles large pieces, elbow pads and all these damn painted torsos on $20+ elites. Hey mattel, you're doing it wrong. And after a few years everyone finally realizes it. I dont care what anyone says, id rather we had jeremy sailing the ship than bill.

Mattel has it's faults but at their worst they will never be as bad as Jeremy WWE era.
