Hey all,
From 2002-the end of Jakks I was collecting heavy, and stayed up to date with all of the lines.
However it has been a few years and I've lost some of my knowledge of a few lines.
I'm trying to remember a series that had just two figures, I believe Jericho and Angle? They came with several Championship belts and may have even talked, I want to say it was a Walmart exclusive for some reason.
There was also a prototype of Hogan shown but never produced, I have it in a magazine somewhere in my basement but can't recall that series.
Anyone know?

Anyone have a scan of that Hogan proto? If not I'll do my best to dig it out of the magazine collection.

Well, I did a search of the forums and actually found where I had asked about this several years ago, and the image had been scanned by someone else. Unfortunately it appears those images have been removed or deleted. I will do my best to find my copy of the game at some point today and take a photo. To the best of my knowledge this is the only time that proto was ever shown

I wasn't sure what you meant by "I have it in a magazine" and "I will do my best to find my copy of the game" until your last post. Turns out I've got a perfectly crisp manual with my copy of WWE SmackDown! Shut Your Mouth. The ad is on page 24, which is located just before the back cover. You can also see the planned RVD and Rock figures from Series 2 in the background of that scan. |

Thank you so much! Any word on why this series never went beyond the first series? I would have loved to pick this Hogan up as a kid.
