You have a lot of potential to be great with your animations. You take enough frames to make it smooth, however you lack skills in other parts to make it look more realistic. I suggest moving the joints in every frame as the animation was quite stiff and also make sure that the figures stay in the same sort of position, like when they're falling, standing, etc. Also once John Cena hit the table after he bounced up he should of had more of a reaction, whether it's just a roll and he holds his guts or whatever, it just needed more of a reaction to make it more realistic. I also suggest you try not to forget about the other figure, make sure to move them in every frame, so they don't look as awkward. Also perhaps better positioning on the feet could add to it aswell as Brock looked like he was standing in quite an awkward position. One final thing would be too slow down the frame rate, I felt as though this animation went to fast.
Overall though a nice animation, I see a lot of potential in your work. Keep it up man!
