The deal with Rusev and Cena has really been the final straw for me.
About 95% of the time they put shows on TV that look like they are thrown together and I know alot of you guys on here could write better tv alot of time.
I have been watching since Wrestlemania 3 when I saw that on closed circut TV and have not stopped.
I have tickets for a few shows coming up (Raw May 11, Money in the Bank, Raw June 15) but right now I am not buying anymore tickets to a show and after the Raw the night after Money In The Bank I will not watch a show for a long time.
I am just fed up and burnt out and of the opinion that I need a serious break from WWE before I completely write it off.

I haven't watched a full episode of Raw in three weeks and I haven't missed a thing. I'd rather play GTA or 2K15.

I am just fed up and burnt out and of the opinion that I need a serious break from WWE before I completely write it off. I know how you feel. I've taken a couple breaks over the years, partially due to burnout, partially due to not liking the product, partially due to other interests and things in my life. 1986 - only 2 years into Hulkamania, I was sick of it. not the spiel per se, but that basically every match he had was virtually the same. so I took about a year and a half off. Andre challenging hogan brought me back. I was SO excited to see someone finally dethrone Hogan. boy, was I in for a surprise! but by that fall, a new influx of wrestlers got me interested again, and I started watching regularly. basically, I watched everything WWF from Survivor series 1987 all the way up til around 2006. 2006 - my longest break. I basically took almost 4 years off. couldn't stand Cena, or the direction I felt the product was going in. the failed ECW rebirth experiment sealed it for me. I remember nit watching ANYTHING WWE at that time, but I did order WrestleMania 23, mainly cause it was Mania, and I ALAYS watch Mania, and to check in and see what was going on. I was disappointed. I didn't even bother with Mania 24,which was only the 2nd Mania PPV I missed - ever ( the first one was Mania 8 , which couldn't be helped because I was working that day, and missed the live show and the replay). ...started to get back in a bit during the second half of 2010, and more in 2011, and I've been watching pretty regularly since then.

There's nothing wrong with taking a break. I do it from time to time when things just get unbearable to me. I usually know when I'm becoming so completely negative about everything that I just need to step away. Usually I take a few weeks, come back feeling refreshed, and enjoy things a whole lot more.

I know he only said WWE programming, but if you're thinking of just dropping WWE, then guys, go explore the indies. Check out Japan. Maybe even Mexico. Hell, England has a scene that's slowly getting really good. Have FUN as a wrestling fan.

If you don't like the shows, stepping away from them for a while is the best thing to do. Solid rule of thumb should be: Watch wrestling shows you enjoy, don't watch ones you don't enjoy. Same with playing videogames, movies, books, music etc.

I haven't watched Raw in 2 weeks. Tonight will probably make 3. But I did think the ppv last night was good.

If you're not watching Lucha Underground, you should. if only I got the El Rey Network. My uncle was talking about it last night to me and I was like "How the hell do you have it and I don't?!"

I just started watching WWE again this year at Wrestlemania 31. The last time I watched WWE before that was August 2014. I took a long needed break from WWE. Although I made the mistake of taking a break from collecting as well and I need to catch up now.

Its fairly easy to find it streaming online for free. Or check out some spanish language channels on saturday afternoon and watch it there. Doesnt really matter if you understand everything thats said. EDIT: from last week, and yes at 6:20 he really did that.
