Is there any members on here who have literally 100's of LOOSE Hasbro and Galoob figures?
I must have between 1500 - 2000 loose figures and I need some advice in storing them as best I can to save space etc
I have nearly all in cardboard boxes atm, but ideally I want them in some custom made storage unit or plastic crates
I don't want to display them at all, just simply store them in as small of a space as possible
even if it means paying a carpenter to make something specific
but I really need help and ideas
and perhaps I needs 100's of those seal type small freezer bags also to individually bag some of the rarer ones?
Please let me know if you have a similar amount of loose figs and your solutions.

I use a plastic storage container. I have each wrapped in bubble wrap too.

1500-2000 Hasbros!!! It doesn't matter how well you pack them they're going to take up a lot of storage space! I would definately put them in individual bags.

I personally have a few hundred loose Hasbros . The way I store them is in a large plastic bin with lid. It is similar in size to a dust bin , but its made from hard plastic with a push/snap shut lid. You can then individually wrap any rare figures in bubble wrap and place them at the top of the bin or you can wrap all if you wish. I personally don't find the need to wrap the commoner figures as they are already in played with condition and if carefully placed do not knock into each other so no harm will come of them . WWF hasbros are pretty durable, but having a layer of figures then a layer of bubble wrap then another layer of figures works well too.

Acid-free individual storage bags are the way to go for long term storage of figures. If you dig around a little bit, you can find them in different sizes.

The bins that are designed for slidding under the bed work well with them in individual bags. I had deeper bins and some figures warped under the weight of the others.
