I would look for WM 33 to be at Lucas Oil Stadium or Seattle. Imagine how loud it would be at the Link I highly doubt that Wrestlemania 33 would be held in Seattle, Washington considering that the WWE doesn't draw very well there. But Indianapolis, Indiana is a possibility.

Wrestling has always been big is STL, dating back to the Harley Race days. While St. Louis is a hotbed for wrestling, I am surprised the WWE has not held a WrestleMania at the Edward Jones Dome. Weather won't be an issue since it is an enclosed stadium. Vince made the owners of Scottrade Center (known as the Keil Center at the time) sign an exclusive agreement with him in the very early 90's to keep WCW out. I don't know how long the agreement of for, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if it were a forever deal. So we got screwed out of any WCW shows until they built the football arena and now we'll never get a WrestleMania since Scottrade is too small. But staying on topic, St. Louis used to be the pro wrestling capital of the world. ALL of the older guys -- Ric Flair, Terry Funk, Harley Race, etc -- wrestling in St. Louis was a big deal.

I would definitely go to Mania in STL. That would actually be pretty awesome at the EJD. Once WWE stops chasing the new stadiums that would be a good fit imo if it isn't a contract issue with the venue. I can see Indy getting a Mania in the next 5 years for sure. They had the Super Bowl in 2012 and after WWE does Dallas... then Lucas Oil has to be pretty high on their list of options.

The Staples Center in Los Angeles had six (2009-2014) Summer Slams in a row. Just throwing this in the mix of WWE visiting the same place a lot.

Age means nothing. The Mercedes-Benz Superdome (1975), Sun Life Stadium (1987), and the Georgia Dome (1992) are older than the Edward Jones dome. When it comes to capacity, the WWE can hold anywhere from 66,000 to 70,000 people. It solely depends on the setup they use. With the large influx of new NFL stadiums, I can see the Rams wishing to build a new Stadium. The Superdome and Goergia dome both had 300 million dollar plus renovations done in 2006. Plus as we all know WWE likes to have Wrestlemania in the same buildings as the Super Bowl so that they can brag about breaking the attendance record. However, if STL were to build a new stadium, then a Wrestlemania would probably be very likely. All I'm saying, is that as it stands now the EDJ will never host a Wrestlemania. I wouldn't count on St. Louis getting another stadium since there is a chance the Rams will move back to Los Angeles. The NFL is pushing hard for a team to get back in LA plus the Rams don't have a long term lease to the stadium or the city of St. Louis unlike the Raiders

As nice as it is having an NFL team, I don't think many people are too attached to the Rams anymore. They haven't been good in a long time now.

BTW, did anybody hear about the death of outfielder Oscar Taveras? How sad . RIP

I don't know, but I don't mind. STL is pretty close to me and it's been fun to go see PPV's there. The crowd is always good.
