The figure shown in the link on the right isn't rubber, and you failed to mention the figure on the left can go into kung fu and break dancing modes which is awesome (see pics below) . But seriously, having the luxury of inspecting the figure I would have to say my opinion differs. I personally believe this figure was originally planned to be produced with the first series, and the unpainted figure is a product of the LJN figure development process. I think they were experimenting with 8" bendy figures, scrapped that idea for whatever reason, and decided to make the bendies smaller. I, like everyone else, was on the fence when the 8" unpainted bendy slaughter figure surfaced, but after seeing a bendy Snuka figure just like it, not to mention with a poloroid picture of Snuka himself at the LJN figure premier posing with the artist who (allegedly) designed his figure, I think it's very plausible. But, I've been known to be a dreamer, especially when it comes to LJNs. I'm still hopeful genuine series 6 prototypes will surface someday. To each his own though.

Good info! Had no idea it was a bendie. Prototypes are typically bigger so maybe it's a prototype of an unreleased Slaughter bendie. Thanks for the info.

No problem. Great website BTW. And who knows what this figure is. If it is a custom, I'd love to know how exactly they did it, especially with the wires inserted in the arms/legs, because I'd like to try my hand at it.
And I'm not sure just how tall the painted resin figure stands. I don't own that one. That's the one I believe that went for upwards of $1800. I'm curious if it is in fact taller than the soft vinyl figure I have. That one measure right about 8 inches.

That would have been an awesome bendy! Does anyone have any pics of the Snuka one or any other bendy protos?

I hate to have to do it, but its time to let this figure go, along with the others I have. Anyone interested, keep an eye out. You know where to look.
