So lately my netbook has been running extremely slow. I can't surf the web, scroll down my facebook feed, or play movies. And on top of that, I don't even open Youtube anymore. It's laggy af. At first it happened when I set videos in Fullscreen 1080p, now even at 320p it lags.
I thought it was maybe my OS so I DID format it AGAIN, with Win 8 and it's still being a pain. Tried defrag, cleaning reg, everything. I think it might be the hard drive but I'm not sure.
What do y'all think?
Specs -
CPU : AMD Athlon 64 X2 L310 GPU : ATI Radeon HD 3200 Ram : 3GB HDD : 300GB
Originally came with Win 7 Home Premium

Windows 8. There's your problem. Ive had Win 8 on this same computer last year, it was flawless. It lagged in both Win 7 and Win 8. I think it doesn't have to do with the OS.

Maybe try updating to the newest Adobe Flash? Your PC doesn't have the best specs, but it should be able to run 360p videos with ease. I doubt the Hard Drive has anything to do with buffer in a streaming video. Also try using a different browser and see how if there is any difference between the two browsers.
