Taker.
Although they all had their own flare.
Vader looked like he was trying to put the guy through the damn mat.
Show can throw guys around with one arm. I always loved when he did it to Brock for some reason.
Razors is really unique in the execution.
Kanes is not much different then Takers although it seemed like he put more force into the slam part.
Sid.......uhhhh well sids isn't bad but there's nothing special about it.
Edit: I would like to add that Taker and Kane's chokeslams to Punk and Ziggler respectively at Mania 29 are my favorites of all time.
Special spota excluded of course.

I always liked Big Show's. Since he's so big it helps, plus he can just lift them up with one hand. I likewhen he kneels as well, makes it seem more impactful.

Taker's has the best set-up, so I picked that one. For whatever it's worth, Show looks like he's the most capable of actually grabbing someone for real and sending them into unconsciousness with a chokeslam.

I think Big Show... specifically as "The Giant" in WCW had the best chokeslam. And it evolved nicely as he developed. My favorite version is when he held them in the air, spun slightly, and slammed them down landing on one knee.

My favorite version is when he held them in the air, spun slightly, and slammed them down landing on one knee. Gotta agree with you. That is easily the best variation of Big Shows chokeslam. I loved when he would do it to guys like Rey and it would look like he was literally throwing them as well.

Kane's when he first debuted was amazing. Big Show or Undertaker's vs Brock Lesnar are amazing too, he sold it great.

Undertaker to me is the pioneer. When you think of the move, 90% of the time you think of Taker. I love the move, and I love Taker, so I'm biased.
I used to love Kane's but it got weaker as the years went on. I like how they call his specifically the 'Chokeslam from Hell'.
Big Show's is cool, because it's believable as a big move, and I like how his is different from the rest with the drop to the knees.
