Today for lunch I made myself a sandwich with cold cuts. I didn't pay attention to the package until after I ate it. It was 11 days old. Anyone else ever eat something that old and not get sick? I know it wasn't the smartest thing but I didn't think it was that long ago

Don't look it up on google, the answers on google are always death, you could have swallowed a piece of cardboard and the diagnosis online would be something like some disease.

LMAO! These things happen....especially if you're in a hurry. I ate a bag of popcorn one time that was more than 5 months old. My first thought....Popcorn goes bad?!?!? Never felt sick or anything awkward, sooooo thumbs up lol.

Turkey goes first, then ham, salami goes about a week and a half, and I am convinced bologna can go forever, but I give that 2 weeks personally.

I just ate a dole fruit cup that was almost a year past the date & I was fine. I figured it was packaged, so it couldn't be bad.

If it didn't smell bad or have little patches of mold growing on it, you should be fine.

I wouldn't have eaten it, but I am abnormally sensitive when it comes to expiration dates. I am weird with produce too.

As long as it doesn't look moldy and unnatural, its still safe to eat. I usually never eat expired goods since I usually check for expiration dates.

I unknowingly took 2 year expired amino acid supplements daily for like 4 months I don't think it did anything but it got me really worried I also ate some 6 month old peanut butter some out of date MRIs and a really old fudge bar from my freezer I don't even know how old it was.

I just ate cheese that was over a month old. Didn't taste bad or smell bad or anything, realized it after I ate it was expired but I feel fine, we'll see how tomorrow pans out.
