the employ has no choice honestly because they can't prove that the customer didn't buy it that way. Think of the old grandma that picks up her grandson a wrestling figure without knowing.. You aren't going to accuse her of stealing when she comes in... You just have to remember the number one rule when operating a business which is the customer is always right. No big box retailer is going to accuse someone of being a thief and have a chance for a possible lawsuit of discrimination and everything else over a $20 toy.. Is that the excuse you use every time you return....that your grandmother bought you the wrong toy. It's funny how one sided people are.. I don't collect figures I have no reason to... They do not interest me wrestling does.. Toys don't! But if you want to believe my grandmother is around and buying me figures go for it...

Wow, such an adult. Who visits a toy enthusiast site. When he doesn't collect. FYI I visit this site as it's better to talk wrestling with most members here than other sites such as dirt sheets.. But okay I get why everyone is hating on you. you openly commented on this topic defending switcheroos and then said you dont collect toys. why are you interested in this topic then man??

I don't understand it either might be because I'm new but the only reason I commented was to say that if you work at retail you can't go around accusing the customers of being thief's.

But when you defend something like this you put a huge target on yourself in these forums. And like i said before i dont really agree with you in saying that employees cant question customers returning items soley bc they are the customer and the customer is always right. if that was the case people wouldnt have such a hard time price matching when Tru or target has a sale.

Ive seen some bad ,nonsensical switches before.......but this one just got crowned undisputed champion of bad switches. Its good to see Wal-Mart is giving people with disadvantages a chance at fair work. However im not so sure putting Mr Magoo in the customer service department is playing up to his strengths as an employee.......who books that Wal-Mart? Dixie Carter?......lol

But okay And way more fun to validate yourself and your classic car hobby by your unsolicited offering up of that nugget. Know what my hobby is, you big buncha babies? Actually, I don't care to share because its off topic and nobody else here cares either.
