Wasn't Elizabeth an exclusive ? How would you even be able to return this figure regardless of it's contents?

You all act as if the employee could accuse the customer of being a thief....

You all act as if the employee could accuse the customer of being a thief.... But you don't take something back that isn't the actual product.

I feel like anyone on here that defends this type of crap are probably the people that are doing it.

You all act as if the employee could accuse the customer of being a thief.... When you do it, does customer service ever look at you weird? Just curious.

But you don't take something back that isn't the actual product. the employ has no choice honestly because they can't prove that the customer didn't buy it that way. Think of the old grandma that picks up her grandson a wrestling figure without knowing.. You aren't going to accuse her of stealing when she comes in... You just have to remember the number one rule when operating a business which is the customer is always right. No big box retailer is going to accuse someone of being a thief and have a chance for a possible lawsuit of discrimination and everything else over a $20 toy..

If an employee sees that a toy is being returned and looks fishy why not question it? or at least ask a manager to check it out. the fact that they sit on shelves for so long is stupid though. there is a WM HBK package with a basic HHH body and basic Y2J head sitting at my local Walmart. When i have brought this to a managers attention before they just say ok and take the toy with them. days later it ends up back on the pegs. so the empolyees definitely need to be more careful when taking these toys back as a return.

Is that the excuse you use every time you return....that your grandmother bought you the wrong toy.

FYI I visit this site as it's better to talk wrestling with most members here than other sites such as dirt sheets.. But okay
