I tried Google, but they were no help. I have Comcast & they don't have a "block user" option. I politely asked this person (my cousin's crazy wife) to stop contacting me, but I keep getting emails from her. I mark them as spam, but it does nothing. I sent this email to her as a last resort:
Dear Sir or Madam
Notice under the Data Protection Act 1998 not to use my personal information for direct marketing.
I require you to stop / not to begin processing personal information relating to me for direct marketing as soon as possible and in any event within 28 days of the date of this letter / email.
If you do not normally handle these requests for your organisation, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer or the person who does.
Please note that if you do not comply with this notice, I can apply to the court for an order against you under the Data Protection Act.
Regards, Grumpyoldman
Can anyone help or does anyone have any suggestions?

Wow you really don't want her to email you. Just ignore her and she'll stop eventually. Just click and delete the emails. Or change your email.

This will best be resolved given you let BashcrashWiley handle the issue. Edit: What email provider do you currently use?

Very simple, the email address that is emailing you, take it and sign up for as many dating sites and porn sites as you possibly can. They'll spend more time trying to clean up their own mess.

Why don't you set them so that the emails go in to the spam folder?

That won't work as most sites require verification/confirmation from the email. They'll get the email asking to confirm, but not too much more.
