Thanks so much for re-posting!!!! This is so cool. And yeah, that's definitely an updated Undertaker as the third one.

I would think it's 1990 Undertaker over 1994 Undertaker. Hasbro had just made a Red card repaint and by time as long as it took them to make figures, an updated Undertaker wouldn't be out until mid to late 1995 well after they were done with the green cards. Orange would be based on late 1993-early 1994 so if they made a series after that it would be based on mid 1994 and purple gloved, returning Undertaker would be at least another series after the one after the orange.

I would love to see these shrunken to size & resized at some point for customs. Is that something you'd ever do CDP?

Never mate With today's tech there must be away in which a 3D scan of the sculpts could be produced then made to size in plastic then made into customs. I bet you could sell repo heads hand over fist. Big dreams

Mark It is Piper not the Undertaker - not only because CDP says so, which is good enough reason, but he was on the bill of ladings for the rumored Orange Card series and he was in the main event of King of the Ring 94, right around the set would have been put together. Here are some artifacts from that time on the internet that maintain that Piper was supposed to be in the set: groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/rec.toys.misc/TRB7a_nosng/neaFkBQr5FcJ And for fun... Here's someone in the US that called Hasbro in 1995 and found out that the set would have included Diesel, Double J, and Men on a Mission: groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/rec.sport.pro-wrestling/Pd9LJBTzgr4/2cKqbumFp98J

If you take your photo program and paint the third head from the left, it starts to look a lot more like Roddy Piper.

One word... Tremendous. The head in between Kerry and Mabel I don't think is Undertaker. It probably is Roddy Piper. I don't think it really looks like any of the two, but I'm a bit perplexed as to who else it could resemble. Looking at the 5 other heads, they all look a lot like who they are representing, but with this one I'm thrown off by the strong nose. I can see why some people would think it resembles an early Undertaker - 1990 era - but I don't think facially it represents him, and I think the hair would be a tad short too. Piper? The hair, yes, but again for me it's that nose that throws me off. I think though that it's more likely Roddy Piper than Undertaker. Fact is, cdp has been told it is Piper, and we aren't looking at it with the paint applied. Also as romafan87 highlights Piper was mooted for series 12, so that would give it some real credence as being Roddy Piper.

With these and the R&B Valentine it has been like a golden era recently.
This must confirm the Orange carded rumours surely!?
And that is definitely Undertaker, not Piper. Perhaps this would have been a Purple Gloves version?

Supposedly some of these are head sculpts of the last unreleased Orange Series. These look very well modelled and close to the original hasbro designs. My only initial comment is that they look quite detailed sculpts compared to the earlier series (more in line with later figures than hasbro). I have no doubt that it is in fact The Undertaker, as Roddy Piper was not a wrestling for the WWE at this time (only announcing/refereeing) and this would be a first for Hasbro to produce a non wrestler. Piper main evented King of the Ring 1994 against Jerry Lawler. I could see that head being either Piper, Undertaker (but hair seems too short) or Owen (hair seems a bit too curly).

Good point in it potentially being Owen, Wasn't he being rumoured as being in the last set for years?

I thought it was a heel Owen. The hair is the right length.

Awesome Find. I guess this lays to rest the "mystery" of the orange card figures.. Awesome.. I also believe that the 3rd head is Undertaker because I never seen piper with that kind of hair (unless it was post match) because from what I remember is that piper always had that "butt do" split in his hair (like his original Hasbro figure) but the face sure doesn't seem like undertaker a whole lot when enlarged?? But I'm sure you can post some high res pics when you receive them. Can't wait to get the confirmation on that one...

Lets just say this. Someone needs a dang 3D printer and do remakes. My friend at art school has his hands on a 3d printer and I have thought about it numerous times to make me some prototype customs and see how they turn out haha.

Good point in it potentially being Owen, Wasn't he being rumoured as being in the last set for years? This is what I thought. A few of us keep mentioning the prominent nose, and Owen had quite the nose on him. I think it's an exaggerated Owen. The hair is bit off, but it was on the first Owen as well...

I can't see it being Owen at all. cdp say's he's been told it's Piper, but it really doesn't look much like anyone in particular. Not anyone that I can think of.

Personally, I would buy that it's the Undertaker, and not even purple gloves Undertaker, but Royal Rumble 1994 original outfit put into the casket by Yokozuna Undertaker. He looked a little older in the face by this time and he still had bangs but his hair was close to this figure's style. If it's supposed to be Piper I'd buy that too, except he never wore his hair quite like that even when it was longer and Piper was never a scowler. If it's supposed to be a Scowling mean looking Roddy Piper I'd say it looks even less like him thans his first figure did because at least in his first figure he's smiling, and Piper did at least smile a lot.
EDIT: I'm watching Jerry Lawler vs. Roddy Piper in the 1994 King of the Ring as we speak and Piper's hair was actually really short. So that makes me think that it's Piper even less.
