Before I read the replies, I thought the last head was Piper. If it actually was, it's a pretty good likeness.

Supposedly some of these are head sculpts of the last unreleased Orange Series. These look very well modelled and close to the original hasbro designs. My only initial comment is that they look quite detailed sculpts compared to the earlier series (more in line with later figures than hasbro). I have no doubt that it is in fact The Undertaker, as Roddy Piper was not a wrestling for the WWE at this time (only announcing/refereeing) and this would be a first for Hasbro to produce a non wrestler. I also wonder why Texas Tornado is included when he left the WWF at least two years before (1992). I was also wondering about the Mannix tie in and whether Luger was the same head sculpt? It looks different to me. So many questions....

Whoever had these probably had a mix of old and "new" sculpts. That would be my thought anyway...

so it's all but confirmed now.. Orange Cards were to be Diesel, Mabel, Mo, Jarrett, Made in the USA Luger, and Taker with a new sculpt. Makes sense that Diesel isn't here.. since his head ended up with Mannix.

Yes definitely looks like Tornado, but not sure why they were going to release him again. Man I love WWF Hasbro figures...please bring them back!!!

His head wouldn't be with this lot, since it ended up with Mannix. Meaning, Mannix had the prototypes/2Up/etc for it, to cast it. These were probably all sold by a sculptor that had also done Tornado. Could've been other groupings with any other figures and Tornado just didn't fit with any of those so he was tossed in the last picture. I'm sure Hasbro didn't plan on re-releasing Tornado.

The pic showed heads from different series for sure, I contacted the seller to see if he can remember properly what he did back in the 90's! I will let the forum know as soon as I have some news. Luger head is from series 8 and tornado from series 3. The mistery is Piper, at least is what I heard. He also have mixed head sculpts from series 3 (irs) to series 11 (bart gunn). He didnt know which series the figures belongued, they were just "work"!

Like you wrote, these were just guys doing a job, they weren't paying attention to what series or even who the guys were in some cases. I am usually pretty skeptical about new stuff like this that shows up, but those look like the real deal to me and they have the pedigree behind them to back it up. The pic seems to be gone now, but when I saw it last that one that was tagged as being Piper did not look like Roddy Piper in the least to me. I would buy it as Undertaker and it would make sense that they'd want to do a new Undertaker since the original one was starting to look real outdated by the end of the Hasbro line.

Which one is Piper? I was going off of the thought that it was: Mo, Tornado, Undertaker, Mabel, Jarrett and Luger This is exactly who I thought they were as well. Jeff Jarrett looks phenomenal either way!

For some reason, I always had a gut feeling the orange card line wasn't a myth. Congrats on this awesome score!

For that third one to be Piper, it looks an awful lot like early Undertaker.
