He obviously doesn't care about the team or winning anymore. He's all about money. And as for Romo, he always messes up this time of the month, and this is the second time this season where he messes up in the last minute of the game. Dallas need changes fast. Gettin' rid of Rob Ryan as DC was the biggest mistake Jones made in his life. Either fire Garrett, himself or what?

I could write a rant about how Romo is being destined for failure by the coaches but it would just irritate me as I have very negative things towards those who constantly criticise the guy. Ultimately Jones is the problem but he isn't going anywhere until he physically can't take care of this team anymore or he passes away.

I stand by the belief that Tony Romo is a great QB. There are very few guys that I would take as my franchise guy over Romo. That being said, Dallas has all kinds of problems. They've had O-Line issues for awhile now, and their defense has been atrocious this year.
Jerry Jones… well he is a crazy old man. He falls in love with players that just aren't that good or that have character issues and he needs a football mind to serve as a filter between him and the team. BUT, he's the boss, so good for him for owning a team and doing what he wants with it. Unfortunately, it's the Cowboys, who tend to be one of the most followed franchises in all professional sports.

Remember when the Cowboys were Super Bowl contenders and they didn't play the Eagles every freaking year for the NFC East title on the last day of the season?
Pepperidge Farm remembers.
