In Anerica I should say
Has Battle Packs 23 or basic Royal Rimbles shown up anywhere at retail?
Also when will Wal Mart start getting Elite 22? My Targets and K Marts have already sold all of them still no sign at Wal Mart though

Haven't heard of either at retail yet.
Seems like the new BattlePacks should be out already. I think it's a bit early for the Rumble set though (at retail).

E22 should be hitting WalMart any week now, keep your eyes peeled. The new Battle Packs shouldn't be too far behind that either. So to answer your question...soon.

On this topic why is TRU so slow at releasing new product compared to others? Personally I have seen none or very little E21, BP 22, E22, B31

I found b32 and BP23 @ Kmart on Saturday
Went back yesterday and picked up ryback.
