I went to Kmart a few days ago and I asked if they had elite 22 in the back. He came out with nothing and said they won't be restocking until early 2014

The guy that told you that was obviously misinformed or lying to you. Yeah, they're just going to skip the whole Christmas season, the most lucrative time of the year for a retailer, and not stock anything until 2014.
