Questions about Toys R Us Mankind

Hello all,

I was just wondering if we ever got a scheduled date as to when the TRU Mankind promotion would begin?

Also how were the past two promotions run? Would we send in the UPC and the receipt? How much did we have to spend? Would we also have to send money to order the figure?
