Would appreciate any help in easily taking apart an elite build a figure torso from its legs. Thanks in advance.

There really isn't an easy way to separate the torso from the legs. The Peg on the legs snap into a slot in the torso that holds it in place. Only way to separate it is by splitting the torso in half.

You would have to split the torso in half to get it off the legs

Actually if you pull hard enough it comes apart unless you glued it then you're screwed lol

To be perfectly honest it depends which way you put it on. I have 3 Build a figures : John Laurunatis , Michael Cole and Ricardo Rodriquez ; the only parts that can be unassembled with ease are the arms . Some people's build a figures legs come off by pushing the legs forward. All I can suggest is dipping them in hot water, or using a hair dryer on them .

Be careful though because the paint on the build a figures(Ricardo's especially) are pretty damn weak

Thanks again for the tips, boiling didn't work for me, or maybe it did loosen something up. I used a letter opener to pry the torso from the legs soon after. Luckily no paint scratches or nicks.
