I ordered from Mattel shop the other day and was wondering how is the shipping? I am keeping the figure MOC and wondered if anyone had any trouble with figures being jammed into small boxes or badly damaged carding.

I have been lucky. My figures have shown up looking real nice and the figure boxes looking good. I know some people get dinged boxes and stuff from them though.

Tbh, every figure I have ordered from them has arrived with damaged carding. No joke. They will throw one fig in a shipping box that is way to big, without any paper or bubble wrap to fill in the gaps. So the fig just bounces around in there. I don't mind, because I collect loose, but still.
RSC ships their figs with the collector in mind.

Pretty good. out of the 3 things I ordered from there over time 1 figure had damaged packaging and that was Damien Sandow. I'm a loose collector so that doesn't matter. The shipping is pretty decent

Everytime I've ordered from them the figures have come packed in a box too small for the carding. luckily I'm a loose collector. Wait forget that. I've not had any issues with Mattel's websites. For some reason I thought you asked about the WWE's website.

For some reason they sent my Liz in a HUGE box and the figure had no padding around it so it was just flailing around in there.

I ordered from there once before and for the most part everything was okay. I got two legends and a basic, and the only thing wrong was a bit of a crease in the card of the basic, but that was the one I was planning on opening anyway so I didn't mind. I'm hoping my Honky Tonk Man comes in good shape cause I really want to leave it MOC. We shall see.

The majority of stuff i've gotten from them had damaged carding/packaging
if ur a MOC collector I wouldn't buy from them or TRU online (which everything i get from the tru site is damaged)
heck....almost every package I've gotten from RSC has a figure w/ damaged carding.
Ironically, ebayers package stuff nicer than actual stores.

Yeah it's gonna be a gamble... all we can do is hope for the best at this point I guess.

Ironically, ebayers package stuff nicer than actual stores. That is the same experiences I've had, with Mattel being a lot better at fixing their mistakes. At any rate, Mattel sends items (mainly Elite figures being the problem here) in boxes way too small as said, and in some cases, it looks like the packing paper was crammed in the box and ended up leaving most Elite figures I've ordered smashed upon arrival. Has anyone ordered a Battle Pack from them? I would hate to see its condition...
