I don't expect him to stay champion long enough for him to be released w/ the title belt. I was surprised when they did it the 1st time in E13. He held the belt for what, about 12 minutes?

Why not, they released two punks with title....Ziggler said this was his Wrestlemania moment.. Mattel could put him in the TRU W29 BAF line

Why not, they released two punks with title....Ziggler said this was his Wrestlemania moment.. Mattel could put him in the TRU W29 BAF line Yeah, but Punk held that belt for 434 days. And off a win in a scheduled match. MITB wins are easy. I'll consider him a true champion after he's defended the belt in a scheduled match. If he holds it through Extreme Rules, then, and only then, should Mattel consider another elite of him w/ the belt. And as far as a WM 29 figure & this being his WrestleMania moment. Just because he was wearing the same trunks and dragging the same skank, doesn't make RAW WrestleMania. He lost @ Mania. |

As far a win/ loss @ the event, that doesn't seem important to Mattel when they're making the best of Pay Per View elite figs. Of the 12 so far (elite) 2 of them lost @ WM XXVII & one didn't even actually compete. Shawn was a ref. I'm just disputing the WrestleMania Moment idea. If Dolph had wanted it to be a WrestleMania moment, he should have cashed in @ WrestleMania. |
