I found E20 today, but I know a sale starts Sunday. my question is how do you get a price adjustment after you've already bought the figs? do I have to leave them in the box, return them on Sunday, then buy them again during the sale? I've never done this so sorry if this is a dumb question.

You have to have them in the box with receipt and just get some money back from person at front desk.

You don't need to bring the figures to the store, at least I never did. The receipt is fine. At my TRUs, the person at the service desk punches in the code numbers for each figure on your receipt. I think they give you a new receipt with the adjustments, can't remember, and of course the cash.

I think it depends on the store. My TRU requires you to return & repurchase the items. If you were planning on opening them, I'd keep the figs in box just to be safe. It's only a couple of days.

Thank you all. I will take them in the car, but go in with the receipt first just to be safe. Then I'll know for next time. Thanks again.

All you need to do is take your receipt with you and ask for the price adjustment. You don't need the figures.

tangent question pertaining to this:
i bought a couple E20's at a TRU express the other night and the prices differ from the regular TRU that is closer to me. Do i have to go back to the TRU express to get the adjustment? Or could i bring the receipt to the regular TRU and get it there - and if i can, will i get less back since they're less at that location?
