Hey NYC folks, I live uptown in Manhattan and always passed this one store that had 3 wrestling figures displayed outside (Hornswoggle was always one of them--just bought him for my little cousin). Anyway, i must have passed this store a million times in the last year. Since my cousin was in town and he loves WWE action figures (I only collect divas), I decided to go in and see if they had more. They had a ton. They had Kofi, A bunch of classic (Dusty Rhodes, Jimmy Sunka and others. I think for 12.99). And they had Chris Masters, that South African guy (forget his name) and Drew Mcintrye. I didnt buy any of them nor do I intend to. But if anyone is looking for these figures, let me know and I'll give you the address. I don't think anyone knows this little random store sells these figures, but I'm sure someone in NYC wants to grab them. There is another store like this in Queens, that is a shoe repair shop and sells WWE figures (got AJ Lee there), but that store is my little secret.

So you found a store that has cool figures, you didn't take pics & you won't tell the stores name without a pm?

You mentioned some names but didn't say if they were basics or elites etc. Your gonna have these dudes looking for shoe repair shops all over NY. Lol

Doesn't sound like much of a "jackpot" but I'd like to know the store's name. All I know of in NYC are the box box retailers.
And I never understood people who "only collect divas." Kind of weird.

I'd have to go back to see if they were basics or Elite. I want to say both? I'm not sure.
The store is on 137 and Broadway. Somewhere around there. The store would appreciate the business I'm sure, so go and buy.
On my way to my friends house today, I'll see if I can take pics (didnt think to) and post.
The store is a mom and pop shop, a bunch of random crap packed into this small space. The WWE figures are in the back.

What's wrong with only collecting divas? It's not a sexual thing for me (I'm gay).
Growing up, my straight brother liked watching the superstars (and I did too), but I personally preferred watching women's wrestling (Sable got me into wrestling). So like youcollect your favorite superstars. I collect the divas. Not weird at all, my friend.

I don't think its weird man, since you stated your sexuality I think it even makes more sense. Nothing wrong with it at all. I never understood ppl who tell dudes they are weird for collecting female figures, yet said dudes will have a shelf of shirtless men, calling other guys weird for collecting female figures. lol Tell ppl like that to take a look in the mirror once before calling others weird.

I collect some divas. I didn't say that was weird. I never understood ONLY collecting them. It is weird to me. Like I stated. You know, my opinion on this forum of opinions. If you get all offended, maybe you should take a look in the mirror my friend.
And to the op, I understand after you clarified. Didn't mean any harm. Thanks

Actually I find it stranger that a gay guy would want figures of only women. I know it's quite a common thing for gay men to like women role models (Kylie Minogue, Lady Gaga and Madonna are prime examples) but I've never understood it myself, to me all the divas have to offer is their looks.
I haven't really bought any female figures for a long time now, and if I did it'd be Layla because <3.

I went through a period (mid-late '90s) of collecting mostly female figures. It was kind of like a "thrill of the hunt". Buy the shortpacked fems and wait for the mostly Marvel and McFarlane males to hit clearance.

A HOF inductee long overdue

Loved Sable! Still do. And I agree, she is long overdue for the hall of fame. She should have been in there right after Sunny.
But like Chyna, I think she burned some bridges. But being married to Brock Lesnar, she'll be in there soon I'm sure.
