Hey, how do you let them know which ones you want. Last time i tried they just sent down 2 of the same figure (god knows why) and said they couldnt see if they had anymore. So just had to leave em. Never been back to argos for figures for this very reason.

It just depends on how the manager feels that day or how they run the store in general.

At some, they'll just send down any figures and say "that's the only one we've got" and if you say the stock-checker said you had 35, they'll say "they're 35 of that same one" (even if the figures they sent down were something like Justin Gabriel and Hornswoggle).

But at others, they'll ask you which one you're looking for and check if they have it.

Does Argos keep most of their merchandise in a back room? In the States, we had a store, Service Merchandise, where the customer had to look up items in a catalog, fill out a request card, then hand it to an employee. As far as toys go, they hardly ever brought out what you had hoped for. Very frustrating.
