Can BCA figure parts be used at all on Mattel Elite figures? Can Toybiz? I have never actually held one so I do not want to judge only on pictures. Thanks for any info thrown my way.

The heads possibly can but will need to be modified and they will look a bit weird and probably too big with some of tge heads. Other parts won't work at all.

Yes. You need to modify them to get them to fit on the neck correctly. But as far as BCA go I'd only use the ones they started using real scan on. Any Jakks heads prior to real scans look pretty bad.
