Since Fandango hasn't even had a match yet, I'm guessing he hasn't been slotted into any sets yet. So, sadly, you're looking at a year or so even though I'm sure they scanned him already.

That's what i don't get about Mattel. They know he is debuting soon, they know what he will look like, why not get together with him and scan him and start working on it before he debuts so we can get it at a decent time? |

I bet alot of the time they switch outfits before they debut too. So to scan an attire for no reason wouldn't make money sense and money talks.
