For some shirts (the one i'm mainly having difficulty with is E12 Randy Orton) and for most of the title belts (WM28 Elite CM Punk) I'm having issues with Mattel's button system. why are plastic shirts and title belts so hard to button-in? is there some secret i don't know about or what? i would appreciate some help with this.

I take a flathead screwdriver, or some flat, thin surface, to push the strap between the buttons.
I noticed that the easiest ones to button so far are the copper tag team belts.

I too use a flat head screw driver to push in between the buttons.

My classic IC title is extremely easy to button together but all the other titles are really soft/flexible and hard to put together. Things like the Road Warriors pads are hard to snap together as well so I just keep them off.

The plastic shirts are a pain in the ass to button! I hate them!

Yeah i use my thumbnail to push the strap in on the belts, the screwdriver tip is genius. As for the alien material shirts i despise them. My e14 Rock's tanktop stays on because its such a pain to button back.

The only figure I have with a plastic shirt is The Rock, and I hate the buttons.
I guess the same goes for Elite 14 Taker.

I found the best thing to do is take an Exacto knife and kind of carve out the holes a little more so that the peg snaps in easier. I did that with my E19 Lesnar shirt, E14 Rock, etc. It's not perfect, but it's definitely better.

I've never had much of a problem with the titles, but the shirts are impossible. They just lay there unbuttoned on mine.

The E19 HBK shoulder piece (not arm) was hard to remove. Cut my finger pulling that down. Never had problems with belts though.

The only shirt I have a problem ever putting on was E12 Orton's. Once I removed it, I was never (AND THE ROCK MEANS NEVER) able to snap it back on to him. I snipped a tiny cut under the sleeves (on the sides, not the sleeves themselves) assuming it would help but that didn't make it any more difficult lol
