Spam posts are random repetitive posts usually consisting of one or 2 words in numerous threads. All in abundance. Usually by a new member who is just trying to get their post count up so they can access the classifieds section. Admins will sometimes catch on to this and reset their posts or ban them.

I guess the easiest way to describe it is that a spam post is a post that really doesn't contribute anything of any real substance.
