Welp, I had won a Legends Series 4 Ultimate Warrior MOC from Ebay, but instead received an Elite 17 Kelly Kelly... This is the auction, just incase it was someone on this board that had won it, so they know that I received it by mistake : Kelly Kelly Elite 17 MOC The Sellers name on Ebay is finderjon44, is he a member here? I've never had a problem receiving the correct merchandise when buying from Ebay, but what should I do since I cant contact the winner of the Kelly Kelly Auction to see if he got my Ultimate Warrior by mistake? I did, but have gotten no reply =/
Kinds lame that I already paid dbl retail for it and then get the wrong one and THEN probably have to pay shipping to send it BACK...freakin' lame.

If you paid via PayPal contact them in a few days and file a claim. As long as you didn't pay as a gift you're solid.

Hey there dude I might be able to help you out. My toysrus i think has 1-2 of the warrior figures you want. Drop me a line I will help you out for cost.
Check that the figures are from series 6 not series 4.

Cold day in hell before you pay them for shipping. Contact them, if they don't reply file a claim. If he doesn't have the figure anymore, chances are good you might get a refund and to keep the K2. |

yeah wait a couple days and if you hear nothing back, open a dispute claim. That way paypal will take over and prob give you your money back and they will go after the seller themselves. But they take care of the buyer first.

The seller contacted me this morning. He was cool about it and admitted it was an honest mistake. He said that he was going to try to contact the winner of the Kelly Kelly figure to see if they received my Warrior and if so, if they would send it (He would cover shipping costs) and likewise I'd do the same, but if he couldn't get a reply from them then he would just refund my $$$.
I appreciate his honesty and him trying to fix the problem, but I hate it that the carding on this particular Warrior looked like it was straight from the factory, which is also why the bidding went kinda high on it... so now I'm afraid that even if I do get it, that by now with all that shipping and multiple people handling it, that the carding will get messed up and won't look anything like what it did when I originally purchased it =/
Oh well, I'm hoping for the best and if I don't get my warrior fig, I'll just throw Kelly Kelly in the Classifieds.
