i want to do a blue trunk andre the giant. but akeems waist is bigger than andres so andres torso wont fit on akeems. does any1 know who else uses akeems waist/torso? dusty uses a huge one so i think that might work--but any1 know for sure if they line up? IMAG0108 by bharrisfan, on Flickr

To the best of my knowledge Akeem has a one of one mold, he is the biggest figure so far, aside from Yokozuna, you would be better off painting Andres trunks blue and getting a pair of red elite boots from a Vladimir Kozlov figure. Good luck, that will be one expensive custom, very cool none the less.

i bookmarked the thread for my own use.
I rarely even use this boards search function. I can never find what I'm looking for.
I just google, then put wfigs in the Advanced search box

a $3 bottle of Testors model paint and a few minutes of painting will solve your problems.. No buying figures just to take apart, no hunting for "the right colored part"..
I seriously don't know why people are so afraid to paint if they're wanting to make customs. Painting is MUCH less difficult, and much less expensive (and risky) than tearing apart figures to reassemble a custom
